It was a quick phone call.

Called at 8:15am, Mike said he would be there around 10:30 and would call when he was on his way. He called right on time and was at my house when I got there. Fixed the door in about 30 min and showed me how to care for the door.

They mechanic came within the hour and fixed the door quickly. he also lubricated it and showed me some self maintenance i could perform to keep it working smoothly. He was great to work with and I would use him again.

They got the part I needed and so I didn't have to get a brand new door. They came right when I called them.

I came home after dropping off the kids at school only to find out that my garage door opened 3" and that was it. Inside the garage, I noticed that the torsion spring was broken. After reading some of the reviews on Angie's List I liked the comments and price of Apple Garage Door. I spoke to Mike, he was responsive, friendly, timely, and professional. He said he could be there within an hour and he showed up in 40 minutes... fantastic. He did a fabulous job of replacing the broken single torsion spring with a dual torsion spring. He informed me the benefits for the dual torsion spring vs. the single torsion spring. I opted for the dual torsion for safety benefits and equalize the weight of the garage door, and the garage door could still be operational if one torsion spring breaks. He also showed me how to maintain and lubricate the garage door and the product to use. He checked the sensor on the garage door and lubricated the garage door pulleys and any bearings and garage door hinges. The garage door works great! I would definitely recommend Mike at Apple Garage Door to all my friends.

Mike made the repairs quickly and expertly. In addition, he corrected minor errors made by the original garage door installers. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his company to others, and would definitely use him again. The cost was exactly the price given as part of a phone quote.

Mike arrived early, worked competently and swiftly to remove and replace the failed opener. He had recommended a brand which he picked up on the way to the job and gave me benefit of the sale price the store had given him. He took the old opener with him for disposal. A very painless process at a fair price, the new opener works very well.

Excellent. Called and described what repairs I needed. Said he was in the area and could come right over. Was at my house 20 minutes later. Replaced the broken spring and repaired the door in 30 minutes. Very nice, explained what he was doing. The price was a bargain. I could not have asked for better service. He will be the only one I call in the future.

Best of all, he applied a coupon I was unaware of to the maintenance call fee of $89, making the total bill $49, an unheard-of price for this work and a practice that will ensure my gratitude in the form of repeat business. I'm very satisfied and will call this company again, without hesitation.

The garage door was making a lot of noise every time it was operated. I called up few of the repair shops and Apple was not only the most competitively priced but was able to come the following day (Saturday) to work on it. He gave me a discount of $20 he was running that week for a final cost of $49.50. Few others wouldn't even give me a price range over the phone even thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Mike Green was prompt and professional. He explained a lot about the better quality parts (rollers, springs, hinges) available and if I wanted to replace it for the existing. But did not push me in buying anything once I told him that I planned to squeeze out all the available life of the existing door. He did a good job at balancing and lubricating the door to where the squeaking and screaming was drastically reduced.

Mike came out the same day that I called to look at the problem. He came back the next day to fix it. He also checked everything else out to make sure there were no other problems. Many garage door companies do not replace the door seal. Because this company does, I will only use them in the future for all of my garage door repairs.
