Description of Work: We had a number of holes in our gables caused by squirrels who had gotten in the attic. The initial estimate on time was 4 - 6 hours but the job once we looked closer was twice the amount of work that we initally thought. Chris accomplished the work in seven hours which was very reasonable. The quality of his work was excellent - he was more than willing to stay and complete other work that turned up in the project. Also, after he left there was nothing for me to clean up - can't remember the last time I had someone spend a day working on my home that I didn't spend time cleaning up after they left. One of the things I liked in reviewing the comments on Angies list was when someone had a complaint they came back and made an effort to rectify the problem. Can't please everybody but appreciat their willingness to make the effort. Made me much more willing to try them.

Description of Work: I requested that 2 handymen be sent to may house to hang some very expensive chandeliers, change light bulbs (I have high ceilings), hang mirrors, clean a grill and hang a fan. I told them on the phone when I scheduled the appt. that I needed 2 men because some of the items were very heavy. I also told them each item that needed to be completed so they could come prepared and ready to work. The day of the appt. they sent one man who was not ready to work that day. He needed to get his ladder and other items before he could do it "another day". He came back the following day and got half of the items completed that I needed done AND it took him 9 hours to do it! I would never use this company again. Overpriced and way too slow and unprepared!

Description of Work: Removed old tape and cleaned and added new mud and tape. They replaced joint tape that ran up to the ceiling.
