great - I had water leaking through one of my kitchen windows from the outside. it appears that they did the job and it no longer leaks.

I was very pleasantly surprised when Andy Bush of Handyman Matters offered to do it for free (the locksmiths I called were all asking $50). To top it all, the first time he came, the tool he had didn't work my for lock, so he came back the next morning and finished the job. I would definitely recommend them, just for Andy's courtesy and willingness to help out someone, without expecting anything in return.

Very impressive. They were prompt in coming out to estimate and prompt with all communications. The job started and ended as scheduled. Work was first rate. They cleaned up after themselves. They even re-keyed the new door for me (I thought I'd need a locksmith). No surprise with the bill. It was painless. What more can you ask for? Would definitely use again.

I called and got a quote and the lady who answered the phone gave me a quote for installation of door knobs. I was given a quote of $1600 dollars for just installation fee for cabinet knobs. I was puzzled and shocked at the pricing and informed that I already have the hardware and just need installation and at that point she became very irritated and told me that $1600 is the price

Contractor was very polite and knowledgeable. He paid extra attention to conserving as much as he could around the original subfloor and only replaced what was needed. He paid attention to detail and was pretty much exact on how long it would take to replace floor and then tile/grout. He was very friendly and he cleaned up each night and it was very clean when he left.

Our first job with HHM was to replace three windows. This job was not just a replacement job ... the windows we were taking out were larger than what was going back. The job involved: demo, framing, windows, sheet rock and exterior stucco work on a commercial building. They had to coordinate with other contractors (roofing) and did so without a hitch. Second job was to replace 15 light fixtures with led fixtures ... no big deal except these lights were in a commercial stair well with a 25ft. ceiling. Job involved: scaffolding, retrofitting fixtures and electrical. Third job is a remodel of an existing room into three smaller offices. Job involves: demo, framing, sheet rock, carpet adjusting.

They were responsive and informative. I will certainly look to work with them again on future projects.

Prompt call back from manager, fast setup of an appointment to review the work, quick scheduling of the work, helped me find other people to do parts of the work they couldn't perform (adding granite strip to cover gap behind gas range). A pleasant experience. Very pleased with the work.

When I called I spoke with Tim and set up the appointment. They were here on time, did exactly what they were asked to do, and went absolutely perfect. I work from home and they always asked to make sure that they were not disturbing me. I really love the respect that they showed from not only myself, but for my property as well.

Excellent experience! Craftsman (Jack) was prompt and polite. I needed the service completed in the morning so I could go to work in the afternoon, and that was no problem. He confirmed the appointment the night before and called to let me know he was on the way in the morning. He completed the work efficiently and put all materials away, so the room looked just as it did before the work was done. I would absolutely use this company again!

They could have explain the additional cost a little bit better because I didn’t really know that that true number until after it was all said and done. There were just a little bit of break in communication based on the initial $330 and what that covered and then the additional fee that was charged at the end of the job. I think the price was fair. It’s just that I think there should have been a little bit more communication upfront about what all included because they brought another person and so that added to the cost and I would have probably taken a couple of the smaller kind of handyman job to cover what they have done.

I can tell you this, I wouldn't use him again. He wasn't terrible but I didn't think he was very well prepared when he came. The charge they gave me was fair. My biggest complaint I had about them was I told the firm ahead of time that we needed them to switch out the lightbulbs in our house and we have 12 ceilings in our house and he only came with an 8 foot ladder and frankly I was worried about a liability issue if he fell or something because he was on the top thing of his ladder. Outside it was even worse because we needed him replace a light outdoors that was even higher and he had the ladder closed up and was on tiptoe, leaning up against the house. I was basically ready to have a heart attack. The people knew because we had told them. He just didn't have the right equipment. The other work he did for us was just fine. The wall that he repaired was a very clean job and it was ready for us to paint. The towel bars were solid.

Didn't come with drywall for patching, fortunately we had plenty on hand. Was very professional, on time, and cleaned up after himself. Very easy to work with.

Crayden arrived promptly and was very professional. He asked about the tasks to be done and realized he needed to go to the store to match the caulk in the master shower. When he was installing the deadbolt on the back door there was a slight issue as it was a different type of lock than the one on the other two doors and I had to run to the store to buy another lock. I felt safe leaving him at my house alone while I ran to the store. Handyman Matters even reimbursed me for the lock because of the mistake they made. I have recommended this company to others and would hire them again.

I was not happy to find out the day of my appointment that the Handyman Matters scheduled an all morning meeting that that John was not able to arrive sooner than 11:15 when I expected someone first thing in the morning. It was stressful because it impacted my plans both Friday and Saturday. It was because John accommodated me by working Saturday that I was not very angry. I think because of the timing the work was rushed. It was good work but there were a couple places that mudding and texture were left behind that I cleaned up afterwards. That is why I gave a 7 and no higher. However, I will finish by saying John accomplished a lot of good work in a rushed time. So much so I have already passed your name onto a coworker who needs a water damaged ceiling repaired.
