Description of Work: Midway is Abilene's BEST Plumber! This will be a long review, but worth reading! Two weeks after we purchased our home the drain line started backing up. We called the Home Warranty company and they sent out a plumber. This guy was a joke! He made up excuses on why the home warranty wouldn't cover the service call and charged me $200 to unstop the drain line. 35 days later the line was backed up again. I called the guy and he refused to warranty his first service call and wanted to charge me for another service call so I called Midway instead! They sent out a technician with a drain camera and told me the line was collapsed and needed to be replaced. At this point I am freaking out, a new house and I am looking at my yard, sprinkler system and fence - all about to get destroyed. The technician explained their trenchless technology and knew that was the way to go. I was even more surprised because their trenchless replacement was actually cheaper than destroying everything after you look at labor for replacing the sprinkler system and putting the fence back up. The very next day (Friday) Midway showed up at 8:30 AM and at 4:30 PM they were completely finished! A friend stopped by to take a look and said "What did they do? You can't even tell they were here." Our new yard was saved and we have a lifetime guarantee on the line! Thanks Midway!

Description of Work: Our water heater started rusting out so we called Midway to replace it. Midway's technicians showed up on time at 9 am and were done in less than 4 hours! How convenient is that! The technician explained everything in detail including Midway's annual maintenance and 10 year replacement warranty at no extra charge! Very professional company and worth the money.

Description of Work: Called out to clean out kitchen drain.

Description of Work: Getting a sewer odor in 3rd bathroom off/on. Bathroom is usually not used for months at a time. Plumber said could be trap drying out, thereby letting sewer odor back into house. Also, corner toilet was loose and could be an issue. I had him pull and reset toilet. He installed two wax rings which he said was needed since only one was on and with the recent tile put down in the bathroom the toilet wasn't making a good seal.
