The last time was for annual water heater service (goes with purchase of original water heaters). During the inspection, one of the anode rods was replaced. Afterward the bathroom faucet quit working. I bought a faucet (separately from Home Depot) and Midway installed it for free.

Arrived on time. completed work. left.

They came to our house the first day and introduced themselves and did everything they could not to make a mess. It took three days to do the whole job, but during that time, they would take time to answer any of our questions. They were very professional and courteous and I believe worth the money. I am definitely going to use them again.

I would definitely recommend them for smaller jobs because they are very nice.

Waste water backed up into our bathtub when the washing machine and dishwasher were running.We've had two plumbers out in the last year. Both were sent by our home warranty company, and both of them cleared drains at the problem area only for issues reappear. While I miss paying only $50 - $150 for plumbing repair with the warranty, I am confident that Midway will get the job done. They sent a serviceman out almost immediately. Wayne was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that they cover their shoes when indoors and bring a giant doormat to keep from tracking anything in. He gave us an estimate and explained how and why he would go about fixing the problem. He even showed us the book with all of their prices. (They do not charge by the hour, but rather by the job.) After the job, Wayne showed us the video inspection of the line and showed us any concerns he had. There is also a 67 day warranty on the line that was cleaned. Our job had to be done through the roof, so it was a little more expensive than if we had a clean-out on the ground. Also, there was a $98 travel fee since we live outside of Abilene, but we were informed of that when we called.

We had a pipe burst inside of the wall between the kitchen and the exterior of the house. We have previously used Key City but when we called them they told me they couldn't make an appointment until their boss got back in in about 2 more hours. What?? So we called Midway next and someone was there within 20 minutes. Turns out it was an old abandoned pipe that the top had burst off of during the bad freeze. He fixed it in no time flat and also put on an outside hose bib while he was here. Our plumber was courteous, did very well with my 2 year old trying to hang all over him, overall an excellent experience given the circumstances. We will definitely be calling Midway again.

They do the job right. With properly train personal.

They are very good in service and their work; but the prices are outrageous and they always try to sell you something else. This was an emergency call or we wouldn't have had them.

When our only toilet would not flush, we were desparate. We called Midway because we had heard that their camera could find out fast what the problem was. When the plumber arrived, we were impressed that his appearance was professional (you know, plumbers don't always do well in that area!). He was on time and got to work right away. He would tell us every action he was doing, every step of the way.We appreciated that...then, bingo! He showed us through his monitor that the camera found some roots that had got into the sewer pipe that were blocking it up. He then showed us how he was going to cut it up. That didn't take long and then he got with us on the payment. Again, he showed us and explained to us what the charges were. I wish I could remember his name. I saw him again when the business (Card and Party Factory) I was working at also had a clogged toilet. He worked in the same manner at that time and the company was pleased. The only reason I don't give this company an "excellent" rating is the price was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. Don't get me wrong, the price wasn't outrageous, just in between moderate and expensive. I am not sure the dates I listed were correct.

They tore out walls unnecessarily, left most of the plumbing w/ very substandard flow-they clogged up the pipes to where flow is very substandard;failed to complete work; refused to return to make corrective action; owner refused to meet to work out the problems, refused to take cprrective action; denied warrantee coverage his advertises on tv ; misrepresented the portion of repairs that homeowners insurance would cover.

professional work, frequent communications from office. Price was a lot higher than I expected, but seemed to be in line with current rates when I checked it out. Still a lot of money for relatively simple work and few parts (I already had bought the sink, faucents, disposal and ice-maker line.

Very responsive to phone call. Had Mark (plumber) in our house the next day to do the work. Very professional and polite. He explained the "long-term = more expensive" options as well as the "budget = cheaper" options. Did awesome work and we will go back to them if we need another plumber in the future.

Midway was very professional and prompt. I tried to fix my own leaky bathtub faucets. I ended up tearing the faucets instead of replacing them. They came out at my convenience and were in and out within an hour with a clean job site and now running water again.
