+ 1 moreIt went really well. I really like Steve. He gave me quotes and stuck to them. He was quick an efficient and reliable.
Description of Work: Steve power washed and sealed a deck, and installed a new door so far. We have him scheduled to do other tasks as well. While he is a little expensive, I've found that considering the experience and quality of many "handymen" around town, you get what you pay for and Steve is professional and experienced. I will pay for that. You know that he's going to get the job done right.

Description of Work: We got an estimate from Sullivan Home Service. We didn’t get a complete quote because one of the things he wanted to do wasn’t going to be possible. We were in the process of working up a different avenue so we never did get a full quote from him. We wanted him to put up new wallboard and skim coat a room that already had wallboard.
