Steve did an outstanding job. He not only took the time to meet me at Supply store to show me supply options for the job he also made sure I had clear understanding of the project. The project turned out far better than I expected.

Steve was a huge asset to our home renovation. We purchased a 30 year old home that was in need of some updates and refreshes. Steve showed up on the day we closed to get us a quote, and go over each item in detail. He came up with a line by line price for each repair we discussed as well as an overall total. We knew we'd need about 3 weeks worth of work, so as you can imagine, once we got into things, we needed to add this, remove that, and fix this other piece. Steve was incredibly flexible with our changes and was able to work around and with the other crews that were doing painting/tiling/etc. He stuck to his timeline, his price, and his word that he was always on time, and he would leave our home as clean as he found it. I've made sure to keep his number in my phone because I'm sure we'll have other things pop up, and I won't hesitate to call Steve for the job. In the end, Steve had cased in a pass through shelving unit and turned it into a wall, he made a false wall above our mantle so that we could have power and cable above our fireplace, he delivered and replaced all our toilets, he repaired a toilet flange that was too high, he removed our built in communication system and patched the drywall, removed an old built-in 'breadbox' attached to our cabinets, installed a new countertop on our wet bar, and the list goes on and on. All the work he did was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the end result!

Wonderful! Mr. Sullivan (Steve, as he likes to be called) did a great job. Even when I changed my mind about a certain cabinet and needed it moved to another location, he quickly went about taking that particular cabinet down and installing in the other location. He did great work and was clean and thorough to ensure that the cabinets lined up properly with no gaps. I have a few other projects that I will be calling him about in the near future. He communicates his work plan clearly, he arrives when he says he will and explains in advance how long it will take. His prices are very reasonable especially considering his excellent quality of work. He is definitely on our go-to list.

Steve was a pleasure to have in our house because he is polite and respectful. He is has a vast amount of knowledge from his many years experience in the field, and he strives for excellence. If there's any underlying problems he will fix them, he does not cover over any that could be problematic in the future, and he pays special attention to detail. Steve remodeled our whole bathroom; he started with the ceiling, then patched and painting the walls, replaced the sub floor and plumbing, and he finished by laying down a new ceramic tile floor and vanity, the end result is a beautiful new a bathroom from ceiling to floor. We are very pleased and thankful for Steve's good work, and we highly recommend him.

Steve is the best. I handed him a long list of questions, many of which were based on a home inspection report. He took the time to explain which needed to be fixed, and which probably did not. He then proceeded to fix all the ones that did and did a great job for a very fair price.

It went great. These were subcontractor for Steve, they showed up on Monday and worked straight through until the job was complete. My hardwood floors were badly damaged - so they sanded then down, sealed the then used a custom stain on the floor and thresh holds. they finished with 2 coats of satin polyurethane. The floors are very nice now.

We called for a quote and Steve came out the same day, on time and as expected! He gave an honest & fair opinion with a reasonable quote. We decided to postpone the maintenance until the end of the summer (repairs were still being completed which were required before he could perform the maintenance) but definitely intend on contacting him back at that time to do the services quoted! We have a very large deck w/ pergola surrounding a 27' pool which he was going to prep & restain.

I sent a fairly detailed description via Angie's list to Mr Sullivan of both my repairs and routine services required for my ceiling fans. He never responded on Angie's list. I called the phone number 3 times asking for response over the following 10 days, got phone greeting confirming it was Mr. Sullivan's phone, but never had any return calls or emails. Based on his lack of desire to respond, even if only a thanks but no thanks response, I believe he may be unresponsive and unprofessional.

It went great, this is the 4th project Steve has completed. This was a bit tricky of a project, first he ripped up the old defective flooring and sheeted the area with a quality backer board to ensure a true surface. Next Steve installed this beautiful Travisano tile in a "hopscotch" pattern mixing 6 inch and 12 inch tiles. The grout line was minimalized to make the tile look like Marble. The floor is impressive and totally flat.

It went very well. Steve hired a subcontractor and they changed the date to get ahead of incoming rain. The subcontractor tore off 1 layer, re sheeted the roof with 30 grade felt paper, used a weather barrier all over the roof as extra protection against leaks, re installed the turbines, replaced the vent and roof louvers. And did a good job with the clean up. This is the third job I have used Steve for and have not been disappointed yet.

Hellified, Steve did a great job. The quality of the work was top notch and the price was very fair. He gave me great ideas for other projects on the house. He is a definite asset to any real estate investor.

went to Lowe's with him and bought the materials about 300 dollars of the cost. He come back and framed the door put the drywall on taped and muddled it , installed the door and trimmed it, all in about 8 hrs. Charged me 450.

Steve was very nice on the phone, suggested I get permits for projects. He was too busy to look at projects now but we planned to meet in a couple of weeks.

We have had Steve as our handyman since 2004. When you find a good person you hang on to them. Steve does everything. This time he rebuilt a closet, repaired a host of "honey do" items, trimmed back trees from over our house, swept the roof clear of debris, and cut and stacked eveything for brush pick up. Over the course of our relationship he has repaired the roof and exterior including masonry, repaired everything from minor appliances to laying wood floors, tile, remodeling a bathroom, putting covered gutters in,repaired our chimney. We usually have him advise us about what needs to be done at least once a year. That is how much we trust his judgment. He offers several options outlining the differences between each and never does anything without consultation first! You can't go wrong if you hire Steve!

Steve has worked with us for the past 2.5 years for various projects, large and small - as a matter a fact, he is the only one I trust with our home repairs. He is trustworthy, knowledgable, has a fair price, METICULOUS, arrives on time and finishes the project with in the proper deadline. Steve is always in constant communication with me as the projects are being completed, and stays within his estimation. My favorite part is that only is he an overall good person, he is also so incredible neat with his work - not only the actual work but his work spaces.
