Jason helped us get the plans sets and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills, and work ethic. James and Chance did an excellent job with finish aesthetics. As with all construction projects, some issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. Every phone call has been returned in a timely fashion, ordering our materials was explained in great detail and was done so exactly as we were told. "Very poor quality ! Communication is awful no follow up . Finally just paid them because they kept sending the same incompetent crew out and them not knowing what to do or how to do job. The spindals and some deck boards has majors gaps at miters big enough to stick finger in. Loose rails and very poor work . Never did get the gates installed I was promised and they were very cheap looking. Just not happy with rails and gates at all. "

"He replaced my bathroom floor. The work was tidy with minimal dust. He is knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions. While he cut in the sink drain nicely, I realized later that a leak in the sink would accumulate in the well formed there. He offered to return if I had issues and now I think it would have been appropriate."
