Jim, the rep for Turner Exteriors was very thorough and explained everything that was needed on the roof, after he performed the inspection, he also repaired a part where shingles blew off from the winds, until replacement could be done. Elija Turner, the owner, came by my work, and introduced himself and answered my questions. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Warranty documents supplied, with Insurance and business license. At this point, we are pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or repairs. They were on time and worked efficiently, as my husband was home both dsys.

I hired Turner Exteriors to rebuild my front porch. They exceeded all my expectations. They did everything they said they would. The porch is beautiful and is better than the original. I will hire them again.

Absolutely terrible work! They subcontracted a rear deck demo and build, and the quality was subpar. They did come out two other times to fix and refix the build, which is a good business practice, but it still did not meet the standards they advertise on their website. The owner told me I was being too ?picky? so I finally just accepted what I got. The pictures are after the original build, and not after the two attempts to fix them.

I am very happy with Turner Exterior! The project manager Tyler was awesome if I has any questions And staying on top of everything. The boys worked 3 days non stop and they were awesome ! They cleaned up the mess the day after and our home is Beautiful! My neighbors are all wanting to know where I found them? They are in corryton Tenn and some are already wanting estimates! We mostly worked with Elijah. He did a great job of figuring out what had been an ongoing issue for over a year. Communication was great and the job was done quickly and is holding up so far. There was a slight issue with a scheduling error but they took care of it quickly once I pointed it out. Will definitely work with them again.

Excellent service

Did not respond with a cost proposal after his site visit. However, on smaller jobs I feel he was good. Really his quality and value are non applicable. I would probably consider Turner for home needs

Outstanding job installing our roof! Great value for the quality and workmanship. If you have any issue, they work immediately to "make it right". They were also timely and courteous. I will use them for all of my exterior needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.
