I had Turner's replace the roof on my cabin in a remote area at Norris Lake. I couldn't be be happier with the cost, turn around time, and quality of workmanship.Thank you Danny, Les, and Margarito. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely terrible work! They subcontracted a rear deck demo and build, and the quality was subpar. They did come out two other times to fix and refix the build, which is a good business practice, but it still did not meet the standards they advertise on their website. The owner told me I was being too ?picky? so I finally just accepted what I got. The pictures are after the original build, and not after the two attempts to fix them.

I am very happy with Turner Exterior! The project manager Tyler was awesome if I has any questions And staying on top of everything. The boys worked 3 days non stop and they were awesome ! They cleaned up the mess the day after and our home is Beautiful! My neighbors are all wanting to know where I found them? They are in corryton Tenn and some are already wanting estimates! We mostly worked with Elijah. He did a great job of figuring out what had been an ongoing issue for over a year. Communication was great and the job was done quickly and is holding up so far. There was a slight issue with a scheduling error but they took care of it quickly once I pointed it out. Will definitely work with them again.

Excellent service

Did not respond with a cost proposal after his site visit. However, on smaller jobs I feel he was good. Really his quality and value are non applicable. I would probably consider Turner for home needs

Outstanding job installing our roof! Great value for the quality and workmanship. If you have any issue, they work immediately to "make it right". They were also timely and courteous. I will use them for all of my exterior needs and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.

Easy to work with these guys! They came out quickly to give me a quote for my gutter project (by far the lowest quote I received, and they were not pushy about trying to pressure me to sign up on the spot either). Afterward, they returned quickly to install them and made it very easy on my end - I didnâ t even have to be present for the installation. Thanks for a job done well!

Turner provided an estimate and performed all work involved within 2 weeks of my first contact. They were professional, punctual and a good value for the money. All work was completed to my satisfaction. . They performed roof repairs and replaced all guttering.

Not BBB accredited and there is a reason why. Paid for a chimney cap that has leaked since it was installed. Filed a complaint after multiple missed appointments to repair it. Lied about sending a refund which I never received. Will never use this company again.

Shoed up on time did good job reasonable charge.

Turner was fine. Subcontractor got into a big hurry to skip lunch and finish by 1:30 - 2:00. That means they had to come back, twice. Again, Turner was fine. They just need to have a heart to heart with sub on slowing down just a bit, and finishing the job to specs.

Could not be happier with the work done. Everyone associated with Turner Exteriors was a pleasure to work with, very professional in everything done from the initial contact through project finish. Would highly recommend for any projects you have in mind and I will be using them in the future.

Turner Exteriors is a wonderful company. Their crew installed our siding and the leaf guards on our gutters. Weâ ve had so many compliments on our siding. Their employees are very professional and do quality work!
