I joined Angie's list 2/18/2013 and on 2/19/2013 began looking for a reliable company to clean our septic tank. I read the reviews of Ellite Septic Tank Cleaning, it was rated A, gave them a call on the 19th and they came out at 12:00pm the same day. How is that for service? Brandon was the technician that came and he was on time, courteous, and answered all my questions. I will definitely use this company again and reccommend it to my friends. A+++++++

Mr. Tomlin was very nice on the phone. He scheduled the appointment and arrived when he said he would. He found the problem and had to get a new float and returned to replace it. He did an excellent job.

I phoned Elitte and talked about my problem (slow drain and odd gurgling noises in the drain lines under the house. The lady on the phone was polite, professional and able to help me understand the possible issues. We scheduled time within a day or two and the tech called me the morning of the appointment and was there promptly when he promised. He was able to locate my septic tank within 5 minutes (i've lived here for 10 years and never had it serviced and there was only a single clue - one of the cement tank caps above ground - to give us a clue where to start looking. Once he located the tank and the cap closer to the house, he quickly discovered that the tank wasn't full. The problem was roots growing in thru the inlet that were blocking the inlet pipe from under the house into the tank. He quickly unblocked the pipe and proceeded to remove as much of the roots as possible. He then called the office and after a brief discussion, indicated that his boss would be out on Friday morning the 18th to repair the inlet by digging around the outside, cutting the roots and sealing the inlet pipe and tank with roof tar. He finished up the visit by doing a full pump of the tank. On Friday - 1/18/2013 - the original tech and his boss both showed up and they spent an hour repairing and sealing the inlet and outlet pipes and tank holes to keep roots from clogging up the pipes again. They changed an additional $195, as promised on the phone on 1/16. Overall, they spent about 2 hours on site for a total charge of 415.00 to fix my septic issue after I'd had no septic service in 10 years. I highly recommend Elitte. They are professional, courteous and punctual.

Came out when they said they would. Couldn't tell me where my septic was. Fella was very nice and helpful and said he would be back the next day for a service call that we would pay for but never showed back up or even called.

Could not have asked for better service. Late development. When the job was done, it was a cold, rainy day with the sun setting. The worker gave me the bill and I wrote out a check. Five days later I received a check for $100 from Elite Septic with the note: "The job ticket was added incorrectly and you overpaid. We are refunding the overpaymetnto you. Thank you for your business! Kim

Wayne with Elite Septic did an outstanding job! He was great to work with, very punctual, and explained everything very well. Their work exceeded my expecations and the price for what I needed done was very reasonable. I would recommend this company to my friends and family!

Service person arrived an hour ahead of scheldue and was very professional The septic tank was pumped in about half an hour at the quoted price. No attempt was made by the company to sell me any additonal products or services.

Absolutely great. They answered my call on the first ring on a Sunday afternoon, and Josh was there within an hour. Great service, friendly professional service provider. No complaints at all!

I called late on a Friday evening, and someone promptly answered the phone. She was curteous and explained exactly the process. Within forty-five minutes, the service man, Brandon, arrived. He was polite and professional. He exceeded our expectations. Although it was a Friday night and I am sure he would rather be somewhere else, he did not make us feel that way at all. He pumped out the septic tank, and made sure we were happy with the work. We were impressed. The fee would normally only be $250, but we had them there after hours, so there was an overtime charge of $100. We would definitely use this company again.

Called and got an estimate over the phone about a month in advance as the neighbors had told us theirs was very expensive to have pumped. Spoke with a representative over the phone who told me in detail the charge for the tank and what it would cost in the event the tank could not be located. Representative also gave me the number to the local building and codes office to assist in getting ther permit to make it easy to locate the tank. Original appoint was for 8:00 am, but the truck broke down on the way. They called within 10 minutes of the appointment to explain the situation and re-schedule. Re-scheduled for 2:00 pm same day and arrived 10 minutes early. Technician explained everything he was doing and let me know the tank was performing fine and when to have it pumped again. Very professional service and would recommend to anyone looking to have this service performed. Cost was much less than what the neighbors paid as well!

Scheduled for 2:00, showed at 1:30 and did a great job. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service! When I called the office I spoke with Kristi and she was extremely nice and helpful. She got someone to call me almost immediately and set up a time that they could come out for an estimate. They charged exactly what they quoted and did a great job. Will definitely call again!

Technician (Brendan) called 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time, pumped our two septic tanks and cleaned up the area. All work was done professionally and took only about 90 minutes. I will definitely call Elitte in the future. He carefully explained each step in the process and assured me that our system is functioning properly.

A subsequent company came out and immediately dug up the tank and fixed the problem. Elitte Septic cashed my check so quickly that even stopping payment failed. In my opinion, the service person sent by Elitte Septic did not earn one dollar of the service call. I will never, ever use this company and certainly recommend no-one else use such a horrible excuse for a business. As Elitte Septic has never returned the money that was taken from me for performing zero actual work, I have to assume that the company condones the actions of the representative that it sent to my home.

I had made an appointment for the septic tank to be pumped. I had recently bought the house and found it hadn't been pumped ever (the house was 25 years old). Brandon from Elitte ran late for the appointment but called me and let me know he was a little late. After he arrived he spent a long time just finding the septic tank, and then spent hours pumping/flushing it. He was very professional and courteous. Even though it was late in the day, he took his time answering all my questions and teaching me about what to watch for, and how to maintain the system. I can tell the difference now with my system (flushing etc.) and it clearly runs better. Make sure you ask for Brandon when you call - he did a great job!

The service person called me when he was 10 minutes out. I wited outside on my porch so he would know where to pull into. He was very personable and professional. Although he was given several oppurtunities to over price me and sell me extra work he did not. He seemed to be honest and above board with everything I asked him to inspect. I was sooo impressed.
