Austin, with Elitte Septic, was on time, professional and did an amazing job. He took time to answer all our questions and explain the process. He was great. Good company and employee.

I have no idea who this professional is. I filled out information on Angie's List and never received a contact from anyone. I certainly did not choose anyone. Not sure why this business is connected to my inquiry at all.

This company did an excellent job! The first time they came out they pumped it and snaked it up to the house.They said someone else needed to snake it from the toilet now.That's what we did and it still didn't work.It was almost completely blocked.Elite came back and used a power jet wash on the line and it worked! We thought we were gonna have to replace the whole line.Austin came out the last time and did a great job and was very courteous and polite.He was very professional.The first one that came out was also.My mother who is 75 loved him and she doesn't like anybody usually.We were so relieved when this started working again.Elite showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would.You can't do any better than that! This is the best company I would recommend to anyone.

They called to let me know when they would arrive. They were on time, professional, answered my questions and did a great job.

They arrived on time, located both tanks, and gave us the information we needed so that we could proceed with the purchase of the home.

This is an observation. I did not hire them. Their employee illegally parked his truck in handicapped parking spaces. See attached photos. The location is an assisted living center (Morning Pointe of Franklin). Those handicapped parking spaces get used a LOT. He also left a puddle of grease in the walking area between the parking spaces. That's not only sloppy, it's dangerous. This was approx 4:15pm, Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

Called twice got price and time service. Had to cancel. We weren't ready. Made another appointment same price quote. Had to cancel again. Had to do some concrete to get the tank opened. Called the third time make an appointment. They went up one hundred dollars from their first two quotes. Talk a man he was rude and unsympathetic to my needs or cost. How these rate a 5 star I'll be we know. Thank you for doing business with me. I got done better and cheaper than you first quilt.

They did not offer the service we needed but they were prompt and professional in responding to our request.

I couldn’t wait any longer for the other companies. I called Elitte and spoke with Felicia who was very helpful and professional. As Felicia told me, Robert called me right back to let me know he was on his way. Robert not only showed up promptly on the same day I called, he drove up my driveway with a huge 3 axle tanker truck. That is something the other company said they wouldn’t do! Robert pumped out and cleaned my septic tank very quickly in bad weather. Robert is very professional, courteous, prompt and has nerves of steel. I will DEFINATELY use Elitte again and have already referred Robert / Elitte to family and friends. I wish I’d called them first over a week ago.

Elitte did an outstanding job in helping us with a new septic system installation. We had run into some problems before we contacted them. Robert worked to get our issues cleared and a quick approval for our field line system. He is prompt and professional and even sent pictures to document his work since I was out of town. Elitte converted a potentially troublesome issue into a pleasant experience for us. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Elitte!

Office was super helpful over phone and responsive to email. Technician was on time and did a quick and efficient job.

We we're uncertain as to where our tank may be so we were clear about that during our initial phone call. Elitte told us that there would be a service charge if they have to dig deeper than two feet or spend extra time locating the tank etc...We agreed that we understood. I spent some time outside and was able to locate where the tank was and it was only about 6" below the surface, but under our deck. When Elitte arrived we showed then that we had found it. They said that because it was under a deck there's nothing they can do, we would have to remove the deck. Our deck is over 36" off the ground. Our previous property, which we also used Elitte was in a similar location and they had no problem at that location, they were courteous and helpful then which is the reason why we called them at our new property. This driver was apparently extremely lazy and didn't want to work. Yet they still insisted that we were to pay the service charge for absolutely no work done. This was extremely disappointing.

was emptied 3 weeks later, came back, was still smelling bad.... wasted my time, coming. They said they couldnt do any new work until fall time. Seriously???? called in office, very unprofessional....

Calister called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He quickly located the tank lid and dug down to it. It immediately became apparent the tank had probably never been emptied in 17 years. As I had a pretty limited knowledge of septic tank structure, I had a lot of questions. Calister was patient with me and helped educate me in the things I would need to check on a routine basis to make sure my septic system performed optimally. He was diligent and knowledgeable and worked through the very thick crust and sludge. I appreciate the time Calister spent on the job today and I would not hesitate having him come back out again. It was very hot and he never complained. He was appropriately personable and a pleasure to talk to. The job ended up costing a bit more than the original quote but I have no problems with that since he had to spend extra time. Calister cleaned up when he was done and left the area in fine shape. I am completely and 100% satisfied with today's experience.

Great experience, as far as a septic tank pumping can be. Turned out this was the same company that pumped the tank when I bought the house in 2009. Both times I've had no problems at all. Once I contacted the company through Angie's list, I immediately (within 5 minutes) received a message offering to either talk with me or connect via email. I called the company, and the lady who handled the appointment was very pleasant and professional. She made a point of discussing what might cause an extra charge and/or another appointment to be needed, for instance: if the tank was too deep for basic digging depth (normally 2 feet) as that would require another appointment to bring out a back hoe AND would mean that there would be a service charge for the first trip, in addition to the charges for a second trip (including any extra charges for back hoe). I made an appointment allowing a four hour window for their arrival. The regular employee and his trainee arrived on time after calling ahead when they were finishing up their previous appointment. I thought I knew where my tank was, and kept pointing them in an area which they believed was incorrect. They were right and I was incorrect. They fairly quickly located the tank with their ground probe, dug out around two feet of soil, being careful to preserve the turf to replace afterwards. They quickly pumped the tank and were gone before I knew it. I had the option to pay ahead by credit card or when they were done, by check.

The service was very professional from start to finish. I had previously called another local company for the same service, but their technician arrived several hours late, was unable to find my septic tank, declined to try any of my suggestions, and charged me a service fee for the failed attempt. Mr. Foster arrived on time, found my septic tank within minutes, pumped it out efficiently, and made suggestions for avoiding problems in the future. He answered all my questions and was extremely pleasant to work with. If you need septic tank or other related services, I strongly suggest that you call Ellite Septic Tank and Grease Trap Services.

I can't say enough great things about this company. After getting the run around from another, more local company, I called Elitte. Felicia was extremely professional and knowledgeable from our first conversation about an estimate. She provided clear instructions and set expectations as to what would be required, the costs, and the actual inspection/pumping. When I called her back to schedule, she provided the agreement and costs (which did not change from our initial conversation) in the same day. We scheduled the service for a week from when I called to confirm we would like to use their services. She called me 2 days in advance to confirm. The driver arrived a few minutes ahead of the appointment time and he called me about 2 hours in advance to let me know he was coming. He did an excellent job with digging to the tank and minimizing the disruption to the yard. He even endured a monsoon to finish the job! Well done and my expectations were exceeded.

I had a break in the line that heads from my pump up to my drain field. Asked for a quote. The guy came out, looked around. I said I also wanted my tank pumped. He said he would call back with a quote and nobody ever called back. That was Wednesday. It's now Saturday. They get a "D" because they didn't actually do any bad work... they just never followed up. They would get a positive review even if they has just said the job wasn't for them, though the guy in person said "Ya we'll get that no problem" about the broken line. No price was ever discussed except the price for a pump out which I said i wanted 100% Guess my job wasn't big enough or something. I won't be calling them again and I won't be dealing with anyone from that company, please do not contact me about it.

We scheduled a visit which was two weeks after I called for his visit. I called the day of the visit to determine time and was told that he would call prior to his visit. I did not hear from him and I called the day after to ask what happened and left a message. No one called me back! I called the office the next day to be told that he had called and left me a message.I was home all day with my phone and no call was received by me and no message lefted

Showed up during given appointment window. Found the tank and pumped it out with no issues.
