Perfect. Right on time. Friendly. Professional. Got the job done. I now know where my septic is located and how the lines run from the house to the tank. I will definitely use Elitte again when the time comes.

The gentleman that came to my house was professional and did excellent work. He stayed and discussed improvements that I could do to make the septic system easier to access. It started pouring rain and he and his helper continued working to get my system running again. I was prepared for the worse ( based on the rates the office quoted) but he did not have to do the extra work to find my tank. The price was very reasonable. EXCELLENT Service - I would recommended this company to anyone needing septic services!

Had water back flowing through the laundry drain, I snaked out the main line to the tank myself, felt it was time to pump the tank regardless, left a mssg w them on sunday, got a call back in 1 hr, set a time, Brandon showed up, located the tank pumped it and advised me on its condition, and gave me some tips to keep it working properly. These folks were great to deal with, friendly and didnt try to upsell me on anything. Brandon snaked the line from the tank back to the house and cleared the blockage, job well done!

Did a fine job. nothing notable to say. Guy was friendly, when telephoning to company they were easy to get in touch with. Seemed to do a good job, showed me how the tank is supposed to work and what to watch for. Prices were comparable.

Came in a timely manner. Advised us to install riser to reduce future cost of tank cleanings. Came back the next day and installed the riser and completed the backfill around the riser. Excellent service, quality, and communication.

The service they provided was good but showed up 3 hours later than they said they would. Supposed to be getting part and have followup but haven't heard back yet and it has been 6 days.

They did not charge me a thing for unclogging the septic. They were very knowledgeable.

Called this morning, and they had an appointment available this afternoon. The two very friendly technicians arrived a few , minutes early and very patiently located our tank. They hand dug the access and pumped it clean. They then covered it back up and disposed of the collected grease that has hardened in the pipe. Very professional and thorough. Will absolutely use them as our regular septic company!

The service man arrived the same day I called and immediately began searching for the lid to our septic system. It was an extremely hot and humid day but he continued searching, even while being pestered by lots of bugs (we live in the wood and the bugs are always much worse on hot, muggy days). Once he located the lid he dug the soil from the opening, removed the heavy concrete lid and began to clean the septic. The service man was extremely professional, friendly and very focused on getting the job done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company!

Robert Foster is the owner of this company. They were prompt, they were professional, they were able to locate the septic tank which another company had not or would not locate it. The owner Robert came out himself and was very informative. He gave me a lot of information and the gentleman who came out and did the actual work was very pleasant, a very nice man and did a real good job. He also gave me some information that was helpful. This is Tennessee people here tend to show up hours late and the main thing I like about them is that, these people showed up exactly when they said they would.

Marty helped me find the lif for our septic tank and then explained the issues regarding the depth of it. Being more than 2 ft. deep, he gave me the option of my digging down to expose the lid or Elite returning with a backhoe to dig to the depth of the lid. We dug to expose the lid and discovered that water was already seeping out under the lid. We called the next day to set an appointment for Elite to return and pump the system. The nearest appointment time they said they would be available to come and perform the service was the next day. However, when we told the receptionist that we saw water coming out from under the lid, they said they they would work us in at the end of the day, but this would most likely incur overtime charges. Marty called and made the special effort to make it to my home and pump the system during regular hours, helping me avoid the overtime charges. Marty also brought an extension tube to raise the lid to just above ground level for future access. The charges included 2 service calls, pumping the system and the cost of the extension tube and cover. I will definitely use Elite in the future for my septic system needs.

My husband called and requested someone that was familiar with our kind of system since we had 3 tanks. The girl he spoke with was great and said she'd have the boss come out himself since he was most familiar with all kinds of systems. The day of the appointment they called to advise they would be here in about 30 minutes. We have a small business and had left the house to do an errand and were about 1 hour out. They were very accommodating. Office girl said she'd just tell them to have lunch before coming and it worked out well. They had to locate the one tank that was about 3 feet under ground. The system had never been cleaned since house was built in 2001 so needless to say it was full. The job took about 1 1/2 hours and they advised my husband on how to best seal tank lids. There were 2 guys doing the job and they were very knowledgeable and efficient. We'll use this company again.

They have done a very good job .On time,Reasonable price,Good customer service ..I am satisfied with their overall job.

The people I spoke with on the phone were not the friendly people I used to deal with. Not sure why this attitudinal change but it's unfortunate. I'll have to find some other vendor here.

We have never owned a home with a septic system and found this company through Angie's List. The folks were professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They called ahead to confirm the appointment and gave us a complete assessment of the existing system and recommendations to maintain it ongoing. We would definitely use them again.
