Description of Work: They came out and located the septic tank, drained it, removed debris obstructing the main line, installed a new lid and added an access pipe and lid at my request (just in case). They were ahead of schedule, so called to make sure it would be okay to come out early. They explained what was wrong and what they were going to do. I haven't had an issues since. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: We had a backed up main line to our septic tank and he came on a Sunday and pumped out the septic tank and cleared the line. The real problem was the first line to the drain field had been crushed during original installation and it hadn't been properly connected to the second line. He dug up the drain field, determined the problem and routed the flow to the second line. $300 for pumping septic tank, $1050 for reworking drain field.
