Sparkle Pressure Washing

It went great. He did exactly what he said would when he said he would. We had a little holdup due to weather but otherwise he stuck to the schedule we agreed upon. He did an outstanding job. The quality of workmenship is excellent. He was professional and courteous in all our interactions. We feel he went above and beyond. His prices were in line with other quotes.

Identified company via Angie's List. Interacted more via text/phone thereafter to understand aspects of pressure washing needed for our home's siding, pricing, and availability. (The good rating on responsiveness is likely due to the fact I basically live in front of a computer ... and the folks doing this work really cannot --- so I do not consider this problemmatic, clearly as I hired, wrote positive review on BBB, then here, and would hire again.) Work was done very well. He even sent a follow-up text (as we had to go to an obligation) noting a couple things to be aware of, gave pointers on maintaining our concrete drive, sidewalk and back porch area. The work was done so well, that our neighbors stopped him to arrange for their home to be done as well. When we returned home, I walked around the home and was very happy with the work, called to follow-up on his, and appreciated his willingness to address my desire to better understand his suggestions. Good work and good people skills all for very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I had to make the first contact after purchasing through Angie's List, but after that they were very responsive and timely in both scheduling and performing the services. House was very clean all the way around. I couldn't find any areas that they missed. I would definitely go with this company again.

The pressure washing itself went well. The job went smoothly, and the guy who performed the service was friendly. However, getting in touch with the owner (Sparky) and trying to set up an appointment was ridiculous. My initial conversation with Sparky was pleasant, and I informed him I would be signing up through Angie's List. We decided to speak again after I signed up in order to schedule an appointment. Except that he wouldn't answer my calls. Or return my calls. I called at least 4-5 times over the next week or so, leaving a message on two different occasions, neither of which was returned. When I finally did speak to him, he was very short with me, and suggested he had gotten me confused with another job from someone else in the same part of town with a similar name. I didn't push the issue, but it begs the question, even if he "thought" this was regarding a different job, why wouldn't he call me back after nearly half a dozen attempts? Once we finally set a date, I followed up with a text message a couple days before to confirm, which he didn't answer either (and I know it was his cell phone I texted). So when I called back YET AGAIN, I was shortly told the appointment was the next day and they would call on the way. The next day came and some guy shows up at my house ready to wash, with NO phone call. Although the service itself was acceptable, the complete lack of professionalism and communication will send me elsewhere next time.

Owhere and assistant arrived on time and we're extremely professional and courteous. Not only did they take the time to answer all my questions but we're able to direct my attention to exterior issues that I might need to have looked at to avoid future problems. Highly recommend

This is an update to a previous review. I had not been able to get in touch with this service provider to set up an estimate. He saw the review stating I had not been able to reach him and contacted me right away. Very professional and responsive, and concerned that he had missed contact from a potential customer. I would feel comfortable contacting this service provider for future jobs, as he is clearly a concerned and conscientious business owner

Both Sparky and Gary were a pleasure to work with and did a very professional job. They were courteous, very punctual, reasonably priced..... outstanding job!

I highly recommend Sparkle Pressure Washing! I called them today and they came today and did an amazing job for a reasonable price. They completely cleaned the dirt and mildew off the exterior of my vinyl and brick home - and it was really dirty after 10 years of neglect!! Friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again.
