But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

No, water itself won’t damage your tile—however, when water goes past your grout and tile and seeps into the subsurface or subflooring, it can cause a problem. In particular, regular sweeping and annual polishing and sealing will keep them looking beautiful and prevent wear and damage.

It is possible to fix loose floor tiles without removing them, providing they aren't cracked. Drill a hole in the grout next to the loose tile. The hole should be deep enough for adhesive to seep under the tile. Squeeze the adhesive or epoxy into the hole and place a heavy object on top, wiping off any excess with a damp towel.
