West Shore Home Knoxville

I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete.

DP and John did a great job! Friendly, easy to work with. The project was kept clean at all times and the result is beautiful. We had an old shower/tub insert and now have a beautiful walk-in shower with sliding glass doors (goodbye shower curtains) and new flooring. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
