Taylor Fox, Donald Dease, and Cody Britton dis a great job on our basement floor. They were punctual, professional, and polite. They completed the project quickly, and cleaned up the work area very well.

Our rep was nice but spent a limited amount of time looking at the problems. I called because we were having some noticeable sagging in one area of our floor and subsequent horizontal cracking on some of our doors frames. He made a shotty diagram of the house and then went in the crawl space. I specifically asked him to look at the sagging area in mention. He came up and told me I need steel support jacks and beams installed in between all of the load bearing walls to fix the problem. I asked him about the problem area and he said "well you know it's the same issue across the whole house." I don't even think he looked at it to be honest. Later he sent me an estimate showing steel supports being put in for every load bearing wall and nothing supporting in between. Did he even remember what he told me? The estimate was over $14k. What he didn't know was that I'd already had another company over to take a look. They took pictures and showed me where we had a beam not being supported properly in the problem area. Quote was less than half. Beware!!!!

The crew (Brad Smith, Corey Beck, Dillan Harris) were great. They answered any questions that we had. They cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use AFS again.

For the price we paid, we aren't 100% satisfied. Our floors still have issues and the doors to our crawl space were not properly encapsulated. The workers were very kind and cleaned up after themselves. The company itself was fine, but we are not exactly completely happy (and for $14,000 we should be).

Expensive but with it. That's why I gave them a C in price. These guys are awesome. It has made a huge difference. I would recommend them without reservation.

They do not do what they advertise. They weren't here when they said they would. I had to keep calling them. When the serviceman came, he was driving a Cadillac car and he was very unprofessional. He refused to do the job. He acted like it was below him. They have subcontractors that do the work.

We were very pleased with the service. The sales guy was a little pushy, but in the end we were very happy with the service.

My estimate was on June 9 2014 and the work was performed Aug 28 2014. which was explained to me due to heavy volume. I had no issue with that. I was at work when they came and by the time I got home they were finished. Of course when I drove up it looked like nothing had been done and I was about to get upset until I noticed the black lines ( which were caused by me and the water sealant I had tried to use were a heck of a lot closer up from the concrete to the house. when I looked closer the concrete had been raise I would say a good 4 inches. I looked VERY GOOD. I was shocked to see how much had been accomplished. But I was thinking to myself we will see the next BIG rain that comes through with gusts of wind that had caused the flooding before. Well as I am typing this it has just finished a down pour that even topped the one when Adam was here. Guess what? NO MORE flooding. I could not be more pleased with the way it all turned out.. They even did a good job of cleanup and I can barely see the "holes" which they had to put in to pump the Poly in. They covered those pretty darn well. So if you have any foundations issue give them a call . the quote is free. so what have you got to lose? unless its the same thing I lost. MY PROBLEM!! :-)

I was so impressed AFS and I really enjoyed my interaction with him. Our inspector arrived a couple minutes late but he called and let us know. Which I really appreciated especially considering he was only like 5 minutes late. As soon as he arrived, I really felt like he knew what he was doing and he got right to work. He did a very thorough inspection and afterwards he debriefed us on what he found. And basically he discovered that our job required work outside of what AFS can do. Instead of giving us a quote of what they could do, he was honest with us and told us to find a general contractor who would be able to do everything not just what AFS could do. I appreciated his honesty so much because he told us this knowing that it meant they wouldn't get the job. But, if I ever have job that they can do, he proved to me in that alone that they are the right people for the job.

I have no idea. I don't even know if he showed up or did the inspection. I never heard from AFS again. I suspect they will only give estimates in person so they can put the hard sell on you and convince you its a dire situation so you pay a few thousand dollars more than you should or have to. I was tremendously disappointed in the company overall and especially the local rep. Fortunately for us, the home inspector found and explained the cause of the problem and we were able to terminate our offer.

They were very thorough in explaining what they had to do, especially the paper work prior to starting. It explained what they do and why things happen to their foundation and what to expect. There aren't a lot of companies that do this, some companies will do a patch job, take your money and then you never hear from them again. The quality of the work and the products they used seem to be very good. They were always here when they said they would be. I think they canceled one time and they call right away to let me know.
