House looks great! Original date was cancelled due to machine failure, but communication with company was great it getting it promptly rescheduled. We are thinking about having them out again to do our driveway. Results were spectacular.

The Big Deal coupon had to be returned. I have a large brick home and didn't read the fine print. The $179 deal is really for vinyl homes up to 1800 sq. ft. Once I explained that my real issue was getting my deck cleaned. James helped me get the right package thru his website. He did a great job. I never realize that pressure wash could be so complex but after talking with James, he will be out to pressure wash my entire brick home, drive way and side walk. He is a great guy, who is fair.

Scheduled service within 10 days of purchase. Communication was professional and prompt. Work was excellent. I will definitely use them again.

They were very quick responding to e-mails and phone calls. They did miss our original appointment on Wednesday 4-23-14 so I called and left a message about an hour after my appointment window which was 4:30 to 5:30pm. He called me back the next morning and apologized that he had a couple of appointments run late the day before and that is why they didn't show up. They rescheduled me for Saturday 4-26-14 and called that morning on their way. I wasn't home for the appointment, but when I got home later the house looked great. I am selling my house soon, and was worried that I needed to repaint my eaves and trim, but they look almost like new again after being power washed. I would definitely use JB Power Wash again.

We set an appointment for March 27th and he never arrived and never let me know he wasn't coming. I called him and he let me know that he wouldn't be able to make it out because the weather was bad and we set another appointment date. He was then supposed to come yesterday and once again he never arrived. None of my messages were ever returned. So far he has wasted two of my days. He stated to me in an email that he was here and that my house was too big, but he never once talked to me. I would have been willing to pay the surcharge.

As I said he was on time. He knew his job, did not trample my flower bed as a another company had. And educated me about mildewed patio. Apparently when I walked across it and into my house I was bringing in spores, I have allergies and asthma and that has slowly improved Who knew

He was right on time and did a great job. My ouse looks new again. I will definitely use him next year.

James came out and power washed our house and patio. He was a little late, but called and said he was stuck in traffic. He did a good job, but missed a small section of the brick wall on the patio. I'm sure that was because it was pouring down rain most of the time that he was working. I called him and he agreed to come back to finish and also clean our mailbox. He finished the job yesterday and we are happy with his work.

James did a very thorough job, and exceeded my expectations! He beat the other quotes I had been given on price, and was very friendly, too. I will definitely use him again the next time I need pressure washing, and will gladly refer him to anyone!

.J.B. came on time and worked steadily about 5 hours even in a hard rain, and did a fantastic job. I can't believe what a difference in the looks of my house. I was more than satisfied with the cost. I was expecting to pay more for all the things he had to wash. I would definitely call him again when I need pressure cleaning in the future.
