Excellent company! We have used JB Power Wash twice now with fantastic results. Our phone call was answered right away and estimate was sent for review very quickly. They make sure you are getting exactly the service that you need, no pressure to add services. Joey was out here promptly on the day of service and did an exceptional job. He made sure I was happy with the services performed. My house is sparkling clean,especially the windows and screens, and with the driveway pressure wash, the house looks new again. He put away my hoses and even pressure washed my brick mailbox. Professional, dependable, and the most reasonable prices out there. You will NOT be disappointed!

I’m not sure I have enough adjectives to describe the high level of professionalism and quality of service. They cleaned things in addition to what we agreed to at no charge. They were punctual, extremely sensitive to plants and cleaned at a level that exceeded my expectations! I would, without hesitation, recommend JB Power Wash to anyone in need of their service!

It didn't go at all. I waited all day for the person to show up. They told me they had a job in the morning and then would get to me in the afternoon. I called several times through out the day asking for an eta. I was told 3:30pm. When they finally showed up at 4:45pm they didn't even get out of the truck. They just drove away with no explanation whatsoever. I wasted a whole day of work waiting for these people. So completely unprofessional. I would have even accepted someone telling me why they can't do a job but I got nothing at all. I called their main office they said they thought my house was smaller based on the description, even though I explained its a three level house with porches and decks and a driveway. So based on their lack of response they don't need customers so there is no need to hire them.

Terrific service from very professional and reasonably priced provider. Arrived on time, did an excellent job with little direction and for the quality of the work the cost was quite good. Would use again.

Look no further for your power wash house cleaning needs. We had JB clean the house and what a FANTASTIC job. I can not express the over-all excellent work this man did, he went above and beyond cleaning some landscape bricks, a portion of driveway. Provider did an excellent job. First of all, I called a week before I was having a party and he was totally booked, but squeezed my job in on a Saturday. That was greatly appreciated! I have a travertine pool deck that had never been cleaned or pressure washed because I was afraid pressure washing might damage the stone. JB was able to reassure me that he was knowledgeable enough to be trusted with my deck. He washed it with soft pads and cleaners. I have a huge deck area and he was finished within a 3-4 hours and it looked like the day we had it installed 3 years ago! My husband was amazed. My deck is large and it was an expensive job, but my husband commented he wants JB to come back EVERY year! I will definitely use his services again and appreciate his getting to me so quickly! Great job!

It was one of the easiest jobs I have had completed. I purchased from on-line, sent an email and he called the next day. I was not able to connect with him; however, my expectations were already laid out per my email. He went ahead and completed the job. I came home unexpected to a very clean house etc. I had the same work done before and don't recall having such great results.

He went above and beyond. He cared so much about his work. He made the house look like it had a face lift. My windows look like they got a fresh coat of paint. He did such a great job that I am having him come back.

They were on time to the appointment we had set, did the job well and communicated well throughout the work. Very courteous and professional.

Very responsive to my VM. Came when they said they would. Completed the project and cleaned up without problems. The man doing the job was very nice and explained exactly what he was going to do. So many workers I have had at my home just mumble and act as though the job is difficult. Not in this case! Very nice.

He told us that he had a special at the time which is why we could do it, but he did an amazing job. It took a little while for it to work out and to get the timings set because he was really busy. Once he actually got out here, we were super happy. He did a super job. The communication started off and we kind of really contacted him when it finally happened. He had a very reasonable price and we have a 3000 square foot house, and so the price he charged was pretty good. We would recommend him 8.19 to 8.20 because he did that good of a job. We didn’t realize how big our house was. It was amazing. We could tell that our house had been cleaned and we don’t clean the top story windows from the outside. When he actually came, he came out late. 9.45 to 9.52. He apologized for all that.

They showed up when scheduled and did a very good job.

Their products are great. The only thing there was is that they had us scheduled when the weather was bad & he didn't call us to let us know he didn't come. I had to call and find out. Once he did come, he made the house look fantastic.

I contacted this company to get an estimate for power washing my deck and cleaning my gutters, for which I was quoted $250. The work was delayed due to weather and the fact that I had a painting job that took longer than expected. When my painter/handyman found out I was getting the deck power washed, he made a competitive offer to wash AND stain/seal my deck. I contacted this company to get a sense of what their cost for staining would be, but seems "JB" does not take well to competition, as this was our email exchange (egregious responses in bold): Me: Hi james, while I'm waiting to hear about when we can move forward with power washing, I was just wondering how much you would charge to stain/seal the deck after power washing? James: It is impossible to determine costs for sealing without knowing the actual dimentions of the deck and type of sealer you would like to use. We usually gather that information after the deck has been washed. Me: the deck is 22' x 12', and we just want a standard outdoor stain that matches what we have now. the guy that does the painting for our house ended up giving us a quote for washing and staining the deck, so i wanted to see what you would charge before making a decision. James: I am painting too, Do you need an estimate for that so I can beat his price? Me: well he is finishing up the painting now, so that's done. he quoted us $250 to wash the whole house and deck and clean the gutters, and $625 to stain the deck and the handrails that go around the whole deck. i've attached a photo of the deck, if that helps. James: Go ahead and let your handyman/painter/pressure washer finish the work for you. When he is done, send him to my house, I need the yard mowed, toilet unclogged and some landscaping work done too! Thanks! Needless to say, I did not go with this company. The immaturity and the immediate insecurity that resulted out of me simply trying to get a quote for services was very telling. This is not the mark of a professional, and is not someone I would ever hire. I have dealt with many vendors on Angie's List, many of whom were kind and courteous enough to come to my home for a free consultation, and gracious if I ended up going with a different company. I was quite shocked to encounter someone so rude and so threatened by a competing bid. I am just glad that I was able to discover his true colors before he ever did any work, so I never had to give him a dime.

It went great! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and arrive during the window he indicated he would arrive. He was very pleasant. He went above and beyond by doing the sidewalk. I felt comfortable leaving the house to run errands while he worked. The process took about 3 hours because our house was very dirty - this was the first time we pressure washed it since we moved in five years ago. He did miss one small spot but we didn't notice until after he left. It's not a big spot so it's not a big deal. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend him and use him again.

I bought the Angie's List Deal for houses under 1500 sq. feet for $149.00. We had a small bit on confusion on the 1st appointment time set- nothing major. We rescheduled the appointment and when I came home that day everything looked great! Had my home and front porch washed and they look great! I would definitley use James & his company for future needs!

Provided excellent service. Was professional and friendly. Even though they weren't part of the deal, he washed the back deck and walkways. When he was done, everything was all bright and shiny.

Fantastic! James does a great job, is very personable, and explains every phase of his service. I am planning on using his services to power clean and re-seal my driveway, patio, and sidewalks. The service provided today included removal of all the mold. mildew, dirt, etc from the sides of my home, the eaves, gutters, and chimney. Looks like new! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing his services.
