Description of Work: They came out the first time to do Chimney Sweep & Inspection. They arrived early and were in and out very quickly. Made NO mess whatsoever. It was quite a nice experience. They did find some damage to the fire box that needed to be repaired. He quoted the repair on the spot and said he would have the office call on Monday to schedule for it because he did not have what he needed with him. The office did not call, I called them, several days later and was told the first available time they had was 5+ weeks out. We talked for a bit and she was able to find something 2 weeks sooner. I was very appreciative. When they came back to make the repairs they were an hour early. They did call to ask if it was OK to come early but, I was not at home and not able to get there, until the time we scheduled. I called someone to meet them and before I could get home, they were done and gone. All in all... if being early is the worst thing that happened... it was a GREAT experience.

Description of Work: Looked at a chimney for fire damage. I had purchased a $99.00 deal - but more had to be done, so it was about $175.00, but I thought that was a fair upcharge and the guy was not pushy at all. So I then decided to put in an insert. They first mismeasured and order the wrong item, and then things got a little slow - but in fairness - I wanted to use the main guy and he was also the "trainer" - so I will use them again and would recommend them again.
