Timely, efficient, professional service.

A prior company 'cleaned' the chimney but there was a horrible smoke smell in the house. Ashbusters came, took a video to show us, cleaned the chimney properly, and the smell disappeared.

They were very, very careful as far as tracking any dirt or ashes from the fireplace, They covered everything well and just were very, very particular about how they were going about their business.

The visit went very well. He inspected everything and showed me some small cracks that needed to be watched. He did not try to upsell me. He cleaned everything very well and was very, very knowledgeable about fireplaces. I would highly recommend Ashbusters when it comes to chimney sweeping and inspection.

Ashbusters sent out some to estimate and take a look ... and then they went silent. I emailed and emailed and emailed with virtually no reply.... and that's EVEN after getting emails from their office about a bid being open. It was very weird.

They seemed very upfront and had a similar response as another Chimney Sweep but they were 2 k less. They also offered different solution options.

I love them! I would recommend them and use them, again! They are a reputable company, have high tech equipment to pinpoint your problem and fix it.

Ashbusters had the answers! Their team was prompt, professional, and extremely tidy. They inspected the chimney and told us it was clean and in good shape, ready for a cozy Christmas fire. A less honest company could have told us it was a complete wreck, and charged us thousands to rebuild it, and we'd never have known! But Ashbusters' honesty, professionalism, and reasonable price will keep us coming back for an annual chimney cleaning!

Read through the details very carefully and there was nothing stated about pricing differences between various types of fireplaces. The coupon is only good for a specific type of service. So, when I called to schedule the appointment, I was told there was extra charges (twice the price paid for the coupon). So, I canceled. Improper advertising.

Everything went as they explained. A long term fix so I can only hope there are. I problems.

The crew arrived right on time, answered all of my questions and were very efficient. They used a combination of drop cloths and a big shop vac to make sure any debris from the cleaning was limited to the fireplace. Good service, will use again.
