Ashbusters did a terrific job. They were professional, on time, performed services exactly as described. They ensured I understood all work they were doing and explained potential part break areas and where my parts were in good order. Cleaned up after themselves well. I was very pleased and would definitely have them perform this service again.

Gentleman was very courteous and thorough in his evaluation and inspection. I felt that he was honest with me and provided me with the options that his company could provide to fix the issues with the chimney. He did not clean the chimney due to non use and rain coming down the open flue. He provided me with an estimate to fix the chimney and bring it back up to code so that it could be safely used. The cost was prohibitive to me so I declined to fix the issues. He was very professional.

Extremely happy with your technician, Derrick Swords, and his speedy resolution of our problem. Our gas logs have not worked properly for 14 years, since I purchased this home. I was so impressed with his work I let him talk me into purchasing a remote control for my logs. Now my wife won't have to walk 10 feet across the floor in order to shut down the flame. I called them to check the leakage on my chimney but they could not do it, and then finally they did. They are the only company who can help me with these problems and issues. It is only one person. They do the chimney services here. It looks fine to me. They did a very good job. There was a lot that was involved in the services so I didn't mind paying more. They were on the rooftop and I was so scared when they were doing the services because they didn't even have a helmet or anything. If they fell from the rooftop, it was unimaginable. I was so scared until they completed the work.

We never heard from them until we called after two weeks. Then they gave us an estimate of $1,700 with no explanation. The person who showed up at our house promised to look through catalogs and figure out how we can fix the stove to bring it up to code. Total failure of promise... Plus they never gave my mother-in-law the 10% discount promise in the original $150 charge. We have a stove not fixed and had to get electric heaters to see us through. We trusted Angie's List for this company; they turned out to be terrible!

The technician called about thirty minutes before the appointment. I met him at the house and he was most friendly but professional. Performed the service, carefully cleaned up after himself, explained what he did and what he found, and was on his way. He was everything I could have expected and would certainly call them again..

It was excellent. They showed up on time and they called before they came out to the house. They had a camera and the young man was professional. He advised me on something and did not pressure me into buying anything. I was very comfortable with the whole experience.

Scheduling was easy. They came out for the service within about a week of purchasing the deal. They completed the repairs a couple of weeks ago. Everything went fine overall.

They came out and redid the work and we're happy with it. They didn't charge us anything for the work this time around. They were flexible with us for scheduling around the weather. The tech was very professional, attentive, and nice. The tech also seemed very knowledgable.

They came in November and did a thorough inspection of our fireplace and gave us an estimate for repairs. We paid half up front and scheduled the actual work. They showed up as promised and did an excellent job. I am enjoying a fire in the fireplace as I write this review. I would definitely recommend them.

Ashbusters I don't think they ever called me so I used someone else even though I prepaid it. I followed on Angie's List deals, I had to go in and prepay and then they never gone back to me as far as I remember. I've never heard from them so I used someone else.

Unfortunately, our inspection was met with a never-ending list of repairs needed, and a steep price, which I'm not so sure was warranted. We were told that we would be provided with pictures of the parts of the chimney/fireplace that needed repairs, but never received them. We ended up going with another service that did the same amount of repairs, if not more (yes, we were shocked at how poorly the fireplace and chimney really were), but for about $3000 less. In speaking with several other friends who have used their services or received quotes in the past, this company tends to bid high and suggest the 'full monty' of repairs every time. But, besides the cost, they were friendly, professional, on-time, and kept the house very clean while doing their cleaning and inspection.

Very punctual. My logs had not been used in 2 1/2 years and he got them working again. Very professional and very nice.

Despite listing three times I was available and after having to call them to make an appointment, I was told the first available slot I was about four weeks away. If I knew it would take four weeks I would have never purchased it.
