+ 0 moreAllen was very nice to work with. Came out on time and worked diligently all day. I had quite a lot of area to cover--more than the BIg Deal covered. He quoted me a very good price to do all the work. I felt it was very fair. I had to leave for the day, but I gave him the check in advance as I would not be home until late in the evening. When I checked out the work the next morning, it looked great!

It wasn't actually raining, but he wouldn't come because he said that he'd have to carry hi equipment in the rain. I asked him to notify me when he could come, and I never heard back. He was really disagreeable and most unpleasant.

I said yes and they had a special for $175 and I told him how big my house was and he said I'll do it for $150. I asked him if he would give me an estimate on my concrete needs when he got out here and he said yes. He came the next day like he said he would, he called before he got here. He worked consistently and got it all done. We walked around and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with it and I was and I paid him and he left.

+ -1 moreI purchased the $150 for 1,500 sq feet power washing. He scheduled the appointment, and showed up about 10 mins early on the scheduled day. We walked around the house and I explained what I wanted done. He let me know that I was over the square footage so I added on for an additional $150. Everything exceeded expectations, he sprayed off patio furniture and put everything back in its place.

+ -1 moreThis gentleman is a nice guy. His equipment is for newer ductwork. He has a roundish brush which didn't work so well in my 1970s ranch that had metal, rectangular ductwork. A subsequent inspector I used for mold and radon had one of those cameras that goes into the ductwork and it showed lots of stuff still in there. pencils and bugs. Upon more investigation, it appears that a good ductwork cleaning is much more involved than just going through your floor vents. It can't really be done this cheap and really be done well (from talking with several other ductwork cleaning companies).

Description of Work: I have a 2 story large house (over 4000 sq feet) with some high ceilings and hard to reach vents. One person arrived on time and cleaned every vent / duct in the entire house in less than 4 hours. He cleaned up any mess and I was very happy with the service and punctuality.

+ -1 moreOverall, it went very well. The house is about 20 years old and now smells much fresher. Additionally, the dust that used to build up regularly prior to service appears to have lessened.
Description of Work: The company cleaned and sanitized two HVAC units, and vacuumed air vents in the house. One air vent could not be removed due to flooring tacked down and surrounding the vent. This is a fault of the home's design, not the provider. The provider pointed out the limitation, which we understood and accepted. All other air vents in the home were vacuumed. In addition, the provider confirmed that we wished for the units to be sanitized noting that the sanitizer had an orange scent. In other words, he provided information about smells to make sure that we wouldn't be bothered by them. The smell was a light orange scent, which lasted for an afternoon.

He was very flexible and came late at night to get the job done before we moved in. I was surprised to clean around the air vents and find no dirt or debris whatsoever. With previous air duct cleaning services this had been a big mess, but Allen did an excellent job. He left our home around 11 at night and went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommended!

Based on things found during our inspection, we estimated it had probably been 15+ years since they had been cleaned- or basically installed. Allen was sick the day we were originally scheduled so his wife called a couple of hours before our scheduled time to cancel. We did get it rescheduled once he was well. He did a good job & there was no mess left behind.
