It was fine. I had no problems with the scheduling. It is a small one-man operation. He got the job done in about an hour and a half. The worker was nice. I had to put some of the vents back on myself, but I told him I would take care of it and the cleanup was fine.

The provider was greeted by my daughter and her boyfriend who both liked him immediately. They said he was super friendly, did an incredible job pressure washing the house, and was extremely professional. They both gave him "two thumbs up"! Having only spoken to him over the phone I wasn't surprised at the great review. I also found the provider to be very courteous. He had to reschedule a couple of times due to the weather, but he always called ahead of time and rescheduled. When I returned home a week later, I was very pleased. My house has never been so clean. I highly recommend Allen's Pressure Washing and I will definitely use his service whenever I need it.

Vendor did a good job when he arrived. The delays for a service purchased in mid june and not performed until mid-August was due to equipment down time, and his misunderstanding of the service I purchased. He provides two different type services and misunderstood the service I had purchased. I had to call him several times to see what the delay was.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very well. They are very friendly, and very responsible, they did a good job. This was the first time that I used them.

We bought the $200.00 deal online and were called with an appt. by that afternoon. We scheduled a time to have it cleaned by the end of the same week. The house is 2 stories and there were some concerns expressed about how they would be able to clean all the way to the top. It did get done and looked great. There were a couple of areas that needed to be re-done but when asked they were more than happy to re-do it. A couple small areas on the gutters were missed, but overall the house looks fantastic and is a huge improvement from the green and stuff we had on our white siding.
