Overall, I was very happy with this company. The crew worked very hard and was professional. They worked all day on a very hot day outside. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were very responsive to my calls and always were in communication with me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Allen was on time, reasonably priced and explained what and why and how the service was done. Would use again. It had a leak around duct he fixed. Musty air had been coming up from crawl space. Excellent job.

I chose Allen's from reading previous reports as well as the estimated cost after speaking with him which was much lower than others; he charges per vent and gave me a price upon entering and before knowing how severe the cleaning could be. He and his colleague were prompt and thorough, and I would recommend them for this service.

Great, thorough job, and much more reasonably priced than the big, well-known company I used before. Allens removed and cleaned each individual vent, front, back and through, cleaned each offshoot duct as well as the mains, thoroughly cleaned the intake grill and sidewalls, and finished by spraying down the system with an anti-bacterial and anti-mildew spray. Then, not a speck of dust was left behind. They even made sure they used fragrance-free spray when I told them I was allergic to fragrances. Great guys, hard workers, solid work integrity. I found them through another contractor and I was so glad I did! I grew up with radiators and never had air ducts to clean. So, when I first picked the other guys for my old place, I had no one else to compare them to. Now I do, and Allens is hands-down the best choice in my book. First of all, the other top-of-the-list guys charged a whole lot more. Like Allens, they did whisk-clean (which I understand is better than other methods). But the other guys just went in through the intakes and cleaned just the main ducts. There was also dirt left on the floor under each of the room vents, and there was no anti-bacterial treatment. Go with Allens; better job and better deal.
