Description of Work: I asked for a review of my roof, did it need replacement, and cost to repair/replacement. He was prompt in replying to my request, inspected my roof and found a few nails working their way up, but thought I had 2 or more years life left in the roof. I made the nail repairs myself and no services were provided. I was pleased with his promptness and honesty.

Description of Work: Sprout Roofing did an excellent job as I was getting work done at a friends residence as I was out of state. Caleb Bell, supervisor, did an excellent job in discussing different issues identified. Would highly recommend Sprout Roofing they deserve an "A" rating.

Description of Work: Replaced roof on large house, tearing out disused and leaking chimney in the process. Job was done very professionally, quickly, and for a reasonable price. The estimator explained our options in great detail. The crew was exceptionally good at protecting the woodwork and shrubbery, and did an excellent cleanup job.

Description of Work: Sprout was very professional in their initial approach, providing a timely quote and quick completion of the job. Though their initial quote did not include the cost of roofing our free-standing garage, they allowed a 1/3 off discount to do it, and their total price was still competitive to other company quotes. They did the work quickly (even though interrupted by rain), and cleaned up our yard well. We were impressed that they caused no damage to our landscaping plants and flowerbeds while they stripped the old shingles off. We are pleased with our new roof, and they even trimmed some overhanging tree branches for us.

Description of Work: Sprout Construction was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Sprout provided a very detailed estimate, came to our house in the evening to explain it, and provided us excellent reviews and pictures of previous jobs. His approach was equally professional in the way he went about his task. His crews worked steadily all day; they were protective of shrubbery and landscaping, and they cleaned up beautifully. They also dealt professionally with the challenge of removing asbestos slate, which they did in complete compliance with all EPA rules and regulations. Mr. Sprout also took great care to explain everything they were doing and installed a much-needed vent in the roof for the attic at a reasonable cost. I have worked with roofing companies before, but Sprout Construction is by far the most professional, easy to work with, and efficient company I've ever encountered. I've recommended them to a number of friends and also hired them to roof my place of business. All of their work is also done at a fair and reasonable cost.

Two minor problems were corrected promptly by them after the job had been completed and I have had no problems with the roof since then. They cleaned up very well after the project was finished.

Description of Work: Came immediately when we called after tornado took roof off house. Made necessary, temporary repairs to roof to prevent further water damage. Did some other clean up with chain saws beyond scope of original work voluntarily. Will definately use them again.

+ -1 moreThey are a really good company. We ran into them at a rock climbing gym, a couple of their members work for Sprout Construction climb there and we also climb there so we saw them there. We called them and they came out pretty quick. The guy who came out, his name is Mark, he is extremely professional, wonderful man, he explained every little thing to me, answered all my questions, told me what was wrong and what wasn't wrong and told me about the materials they were going to use, very informational, very professional. They are all around a great company. They are still on the table. It is between them and another company.

Some exposed nails were found soon afterward, but were removed and repaired almost immediately. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: Due to a hail storm in July, we were advised by our HOA to contact our insurance company for a roof assessment. We did, they complied, and cut us a check accordingly. We contacted Joe Sprout of Sprout Roofing after we witnessed the work his company had done for a neighbor of ours.
