Cancelled two and did not show for third appointment. Never received any follow up after no show

Never even replied or showed up to provide an estimate.

Had an appointment with them and they did not show up. I called and wrote to them that day. An hour later Caleb called and said he was sorry but somehow we were not put on the calendar but he would come over even though this was his day off. We said no thanks and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He did show up and was very professional and likeable. He gave me an estimate of the repair and said it would be two or three weeks before they could do the work. I said OK and asked what the next step was. He said he would go back to the office to check schedules and write up a contract. I said OK. We shook hands and he left never to be heard from again. I wrote to the company three days later and asked when we could expect to hear from them and never heard back. Based on this contact I would have to warn others to be very wary of this contractor if you NEED a roof repaired.

Great! I've found them to be honest and dependable. Workers are courteous, they clean everything up when the job is completed. Great work, very professional and if you have an emergency, like storm damage, they do everything they can to get to you quickly to avoid additional damage. Highly recommend them.

Other than having to have them come back out to clean up some trash they missed, it went well

A couple of emails were exchanged and contact was promised, but never materialized. Caleb Bell did tell us they were 'quite busy' and if we could be patient he could come out the week of 5/15/2017 to talk with us about the job. We were glad to hear that business is so good for Sprout Roofing, but we have not heard another word from them! It is now 6/29/2017. The best I can give them is a C rating.

They did not show up for the estimate on the agreed-upon day. They just showed up the next day. Then they never gave me an actual estimate (which they said they would get back to me).%00

Very well..Price was reasonable and they showed up, tarped the roof to cover it until they could get here and then completed the work in a day.

They did a good job, had to come back and finish work not completed the first time, but they did so promptly without complaint.

Joe inspected my roof and pointed out the areas that might have problems. He made minor repairs to the roof and fixed the area around my skylight that was leaking. He was punctual, professional, and he did a good job.

This was a very small job. Gutter was quickly and efficiently repaired, Appreciated the fast response.

I just had an eye surgery so I need to get back to him but I do have his quote. So we already talked in person and he left a quote too. So I will try to call him tomorrow. But he was cordial, nice and got back to me quickly and followed up quickly. So far so good. He came over within 24- 40 days, took a look at it and then emailed me the results and called twice. He has been on top of it.

Sprout Roofing was timely, professional and thorough. Joe responded right away to our message and came out within 24 hours. He showed us photos of the problem areas and explained everything very thoroughly. He sealed all the leaks the next day, and it withstood one of the hardest storms we've had in a long time. I would definitely use Sprout Roofing again.

He arrived on time and completed his inspection and repairs in a professional manner. He offered to clean the gutters at no extra charge. This was a job I had been dreading and he did a thorough job.

I have a 30,000 square foot warehouse. It is an older building and I have added on 2 different times with 2 different building. Where the buildings connected would leak and the builders poorly built a valley gutter. This became more apparent over time. I have had people in the building industry look at the problems and were scared to even quote the job. Caleb with Sprout promptly came out and worked up an estimate and pointed out potential problem areas in the future (rusting metal roof.) Caleb and his crew had everything complete within a week. No leaks and the repairs look good as well. Caleb developed a plan of attack to address potential roofing problems. I appreciate that I did not get the hard sell and will be able to budget for the bigger repairs as they come up.

Joe of Sprout Roofing was very punctual. After I'd purchased the Roof Maintenance Package through Angies List, he contacted me and we set up an appointment. I had to reschedule but he never let on that it bothered him. Instead, he worked with me to schedule a better time. Today he came out and we discussed the maintenance. He checked my roof and found the source of a leak in my carport was holes in the roof. He took pictures, showed me and told me what he could do. He then sealed the holes, tacked a piece of "flashing" that was loose and did some caulking. He showed the pictures again after doing the work and results were wonderful. In addition, the pictures showed I had leaves in the gutters. He cleared the gutters for no additional charge this time. The additional work did not take long and I was happy with all of his work. I feel good knowing I don't need to be concerned about leaks when the next rainstorm comes.

He was very responsive from the beginning. Called right the next day after I contacted him via Angie's list, and kept in contact while we were waiting for rain to stop. He came right on time, was professional and courteous, listened to my concerns regarding a leak and immediately went on the roof to find the cause. He also showed me pictures from his phone of cracks that were causing the leak and how he had fixed it. We also retained him to fix the gutters, which were disconnecting from the roof and not working properly. He gave me a very reasonable quote, came back the same afternoon with the material needed and by 4PM all was fixed and repaired. I appreciated how he showed clearly the details and had pictures on the phone so that I didn't have to climb up the roof :)

I was very pleased with the work done. Mark came out, walked on the roof, took measurements and gave me an estimate to complete the work. Mark even took the time to patch a few areas with my materials to reduce water damage. Of 5 estimates we got, Sprout Roofing was in the middle and was the 2nd lowest utilizing CertainTeed Landmark shingles. I was kept informed of when they could do the job and they showed up early of the appointed morning. I was told it would take 1 or 2 days and it took 2 days. The crew did an excellent job and Mark came by to check on the crew. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of work and thoroughly impressed with the crew's work ethic . It has been right at 9 months since the work was completed and I have had no complaints. The roof looks great!

The inspector/estimator was on time for appointment and explained the condition of the roof. A couple days later I received estimate by e-mail and then pertinent materials relating to roofing in the mail. I had another estimate that worked better with my budget so I did not use the services of Sprout Construction.

They were able to put up temporary roof structure and tarp it until the insurance inspector could get here and do the estimate. They habe done two additional roof jobs in our neighborhood. We would have used them for the new roof, but went with a construction company who would handle ALL remodeling and replacement.

His diagnosis was accurate. The price was great and the work was done well and in a timely manner.
