Description of Work: Prices extremely high and did not do what they claimed when I signed up for service . |When I switched exterminators the new company thought I had never had service since my home was so neglected . |Technician I had always seemed bothered to do anything and when I wasn't home I am positive my home was never sprayed even though I was charged more money than any service I've ever had . |Very disappointing .

We have many options available and are always happy to work with our customers to find a program that fits their needs. We take our service very seriously, and if there is ever any question as to if a service has been completed we have GPS verification which allows us to verify the time a technician arrives and leaves your home. We can provide this information to customers if any doubt arises. It is always our goal to find a solution to your needs that works within your budget. They were always professional and I still use them for the Sentricon system

They are locally owned and a member of the Better Business Bureau. They are always on time and let you know in advance when they are coming. They are personable and likable.

They are prompt and nice. They do their job and get out. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Johnson Pest Control Inc. I use them for both my termite control and for pest control. Pest control is $75 every other month and termite control is $75 a quarter. I have been using their services for six years.

They are very good. We have been using them for six years. If they have to come back between visits, they will do so at no charge. They are terrific. I have recommended them to other people.

They were very helpful and very fast. They came out one day and did the spraying. They were excellent. They came out the same day that I talked to them, and they were there the next morning to spray. They were very professional and right on time.

After finding evidence of wood ants. Johnsons Pest Control was called. Technician came out the same day and the ants were located. During the inspection termites were located close to the house. A pest control plan was provided by the technician and within a week, pest control service was provided. Excellent service, very professional technicians. We will definitely continue using Johnson's and will recommend to everyone!

I have a service plan where they treat every couple of months. They are very thorough and professional. They call us to tell us everything they found and worked on. Even though they service my vacation home, they call me when they service the home and advise me of how it went.

They were supposed to come today, but I called them and cancelled it. I have never had a problem. If I do have a problem; they would come back and re-service it. I just call them and they come back. I am still using them.

They charge me $75 for a quarterly service. They’re good communicators and they let me know when they’ve been there. They have auto billing. I can just give them a credit card and they can bill. So I don’t have to pay them cash every time. That’s nice. They have a short paper list and they always leave a receipt on the door. They have a full range of pest control services including rodent control and lady bug and all of that. They offer options, like you can take one treatment or full three treatments. If one treatment works, then you’re good. So they give me the options and they do a good job of explaining those to me. They are reliable. I will use their services again in the future.

I like them for what they do for me. They do everything thoroughly. I have a contract with them. Their price of $95 a treatment is competitive. I would rate them highly.
Description of Work: I use Johnson Pest Control every other month to treat my house both on the inside and outside for insects, especially the creepy crawlies in the basement.
