The people we dealt with, Office worker, sales rep, and the 2 bug guys, were helpful, friendly, and professional. I have a year contract with them and so far, I have been very pleased.

He was very professional and gave me good information. We haven't actually purchased the service yet because it is actually too late to deal with carpenter bees this year. The estimate was around $300.

They have always provided reliable, prompt and courteous service, particularly for mice and other rodents in our remotes and wooded location. They have also quickly dealt with hornets that nested under out deck. As is obvious from our continuing contract with them, we are pleased with their performance.

he found the 2 wasp nest outside and worked on killing the for 30 minutes alone beside the house . he worked relentless on the wasps. myself and my wife were very happy with there service and the tech was very professional. we will use them again in the future.

They found no cockroach evidence, but I had them treat it anyway since the last tenant was such a nasty person and left such a mess. They also treated for flea and ticks just in case.

I thought they were really nice and they are doing a really good service. They've always come on time and they've billed properly. The guy that comes out is a really nice guy and he's helpful, and they always answer the phone when we call. It was around $1200 for the termites and then it's $60 a month for the other pest service spray. They have a fair price. They do a really good job. Absolutely we haven't had any problems with them and they have been coming out for 8 months now.

They are supposed to be so reputable and they keep saying the whole area has ants but they spray and this is the third different product evidently that they used today. Their pricing is high. I like the young man that comes out, he seems sincere. They are always punctual.

I had a not very good experience. They never showed up on time. They were cancelling our call and not showed up when they were supposed to be here. Then when they did spray, they sprayed chemicals inside the house and I have animals, so they twitched. The person who sprayed along the walls, just did not care and he just sprayed and he just wanted to get it done so he just sprayed all over the place and we have small kids. The chemical was everywhere instead of just along the baseboard where it was supposed to be. We called the office about it and there was nothing done about it. I have been using this company for two years. I will tell others not to use them.

Everything was really good. They sent me an email with the picture of who was going to come and the confirmation of my appointment. They were very thorough and I was surprised at the amount of time they took to do the inspection. I wasn't happy with the price but I was really happy with the process. I would consider using them.

I feel Johnson Pest Control is a company that is very professional and cares about their customers. From the person answering the phone, the sales person, and the service technician they are all very professional and very well informed of their products. They start with an email that confirms the date and time of your scheduled appointment, tells you the service technican name, also a picture of the service technician that will be coming to your home. The technician sent to my home was very professional and did a great job of treating the inside of my home as well as treating the outside of my home. He removed any wasp and/or spiders nests on the outside/inside and vacuumed up after completing the work. Sealed off any seen entry points for pest entry. He also set bait stations for termites! For the yearly fee, they will perform an inspection every other month, and treat as needed. However if I need them to come to my home for a specific problem, they will come immediately without additional expense. Great company, doing great work for their customers!

Everything as promised.. I was especially impressed with the honesty of the people I dealt with. They could have had me spend another $560 on a follow up.. and I was ready to do so. But the second inspection, by Trey.. revealed that our problem was solved. I really expected to need the follow up treatment.. but it was great to save $500.. especially right before Christmas. Trey, John and Chuck were all great!

The gentleman, Kevin, was very professional. He answered all my questions and took the fact that I have two dogs into consideration when he was going around my house. He is very prompt when he does his bi-monthly service and always makes sure all my questions get answered. I would recommend this company to anyone.
