The person who services us is very personable, prompt and goes out of his way to answer any questions we have.

They have serviced us for about five years. Tony is the individual that regularly comes for the service. They offer convenience, show up when they say they will, and do exactly what they say they are going to do.

We have been a customer of theirs since 1987. We first starting using their services for our vacation home and we never had any problems. They are good people and do exactly what they say they are going to do. If there are every any issues, they will come back out and they work with you.

We have been using them for over a year. We previously had a bad infestation and they worked with us real well on the situation. If there are every any issues, they have been real good and gotten a hold of me. They really go out of the way to make sure that we are taken care of.

On their initial visit, they provided us with an estimate. They also told me what to expect so that I would not be susceptible to cons. The price came in exactly as quoted and they came when they said they would be here. The prep work was done well and they completed exactly what they said they would do. They are very professional. The cost was expensive, but it was well worth the cost. I will be hiring them for the resealing of the driveway in two more years.

I have been using their services for a few years. Dave and Kevin have both been technicians who have provided the service. The work has always been good.

We had concerns that we had bed bugs. (We had found dead bugs and had a visitor who later discovered they had bedbugs.) I called Johnson's, they set up an appointment that afternoon. He came out, thoroughly inspected and discovered that we didn't have bedbugs and told me they were carpet beetles.

We have had Johnson Pest Control for over eight years and have always been very happy with their work. Their technicians are always on time, courteous, neat and effecient. They explain what they are doing and how things are going. Highly recommended.

Very customer service oriented company, so punctual that my service person was 5 minutes early!

I called and they came out that very day. They combined the extra service with my quarterly service since that was due as well. They were quick (I did not even know he had started and he was already finished). I saw several wasps that day in my house as they came out to die, but have not seen any since. I am very pleased with how quick they responded and how quickly and thoroughly they eliminated the problem. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the annual service and rarely see any insects other than the occasional one that enters the house. Even outside I have noticed a huge decrease in the number of bugs around the house, which helps prevent any from entering the house. It seems that each year I use them decreases any bugs even further. Other than this recent wasp incident, I have not had any ant, lady bug, or other insect issues.

The person that is assigned to us is very nice, efficient and always prompt. I would highly recommend them for pest control service.

They do very good and they are excellent, no problems at all. Whatever you ask he will check for you. He does everything! He is very nice and very thorough. He’s very neat, and if it’s raining, he makes sure he doesn’t make any messes in the house. I don’t know any company that would be better, and we would never change. He really makes sure that he gets things taken care of, and he will come back to spray again. They have always been polite and really listen to you.

They come every other month they’ve been great. It's $75 once a quarter for termite control and $75 every other month for pest control.

They are excellent and we use them all the time. They are on time and I never have to call them back! They are an A+ service!

We had another company handling our pest control and the technician was often late and unprofessional. Our pest issues were increasing instead of decreasing so we began looking for another company. After interviewing many companies we found that Johnson Pest Control staff were very informative and knowledgable concerning the various pest issues for which we needed services. Their prices were slightly higher yet they were willing to work with us on costs. We are glad they are handling our monthly pest services. They are always willing to go the extra mile in servicing challenging tenants. We are very pleased with thier services and highly recommend them.

Johnson's Pest Control always calls first to set up an appointment so you know they are coming. Their people have always been polite and have explained what they are doing and if there are problems they are clear in explaining what they did to correct the situation.

I saw great reviews on Angie's list and thought I would call for a Termite Inspection for a home I am buying. To be honest, the person was not helpful at all and pretty much stated that I would already have to have a contract with them in order to have the inspection done. I cannot believe a company would not do an initial inspection for termites so I can proceed through the closing. How am I supposed to know if there is a termite problem with a home before I buy it? I wanted to have regular service done after I bought the house, But I think I will think twice before considering this company. This was a very poor first experience with this company.Not too mention, she was rude at the end. I said, Ok thank you and the next thing I hear is click in my ear. She hung up on me. Oh Well, Praise the Lord anyway. :)

The service has been very fine overall. We’ve been with them for about ten years, and they’re excellent. They always call beforehand, are sociable, and they come through quickly. We’ve had no problems!

It’s been a great experience overall. Our technician, Dave, is really great to work with, and anytime I call the office, they’ve been responsive and take care of everything quickly.
