The contract I've had with them, they did a wonderful job of explaining what he found, he did find the presence of some termites on the outside area, it's been 20 feet at the house, I believe it was and he explained the cleansing process that he was going to do, spraying all around the house, getting the chemicals into the holes to allow a barrier for the termites to cross and after crossing they would take the chemicals to their colony and kill all the colony. I think he did a wonderful job and in explaining what the process was. He was not on time but he did call to let me know that he was running late.

He was responsive in scheduling the appointment, and arrived on time. He did the job as promised, and was courteous. My husband and I were very pleased and are going to use this company for our regular extermination services.

I called Jimmy last week & set up the appt. for this morning. He came right on time. He was very friendly,he has a great sense of humor. I liked him right from the start. He answered all of my questions.He goes above & beyond what I'd expected,from what I've dealt with in the past.Very professional. I signed a contract with him to continue services in the future. He took his time, did a good job. He used plenty of the chemical, I felt like I got my moneys worth. I give five stars to "all about bugs", THANKS Jimmy!!!

I contacted All About Bugs to termite proof my home on 5/28/2013. Mr Murphy, the owner, came out the next day and provided the termite services we discussed. He went into my crawl space and put down the pesticide and checked the conditions there . It was also applied completely around the perimeter of my house. He cleaned up after himself and walked me around to show me what he did and to make sure I was satisfied. He was very professional and the job probably took about 3 to 4 hours. He will now come out every year to make sure there is no infestation per our contract. I am completely satisfied with the work he did and the price he gave me and would gladly recommend him to everyone. He even told me what kind of bug was eating my flowers. I am very happy with his work!

They were very courteous and professional. They called me to let me know they would be 10 minutes late... wow a rare commitment to punctuality! They were very respectful and careful as they did the treatment inside. Good job

Jimmie has been servicing our cabin since we purchased it last summer. We were so pleased with his work that we have hired him to take over the pest control at our home. He is professional, helpful and VERY reasonably priced. He goes above and beyond to not only eliminate bugs, but to clean any evidence that they were ever there. I would highly recommend Jimmie for any of your bug control needs. I can't say enough great things about the services that he has provided. We moved to Knoxville 4 years ago, we have tried 3 different bug companies. The larger companies just didn't take the time, we were always finding bugs in the basement and on our deck. We have not seen any bugs since we switched to All About Bugs. If you are in Knoxville or Gatlinburg or anywhere in between...Do yourself a favor and fire your current bug exterminator and hire Jimmie!
