Jimmy came out and looked at the area. He educated me on termites in this area and termites in Fla. My problem turned out to be Carpenter Ants and that was not termites. There was no charge for this visit. If I should need a job done this is the man I would contact for any of my concerns about pest control.

Jimmie Murphy came out to my house without hesitation. He was quick and thorough. I couldn't have asked for better services. It's been a month since my service and I haven't seen one ant. He's the best in town.

I purchased a $223 for Annual Interior & Exterior Pest Control Treatment Package. It includes unlimited treatments during a set time. The owner contacted me immediately to begin treatment. I saw a reduction in pests immediately. The continued customer service has been excellent.

Jimmy arrived on time and went right to work. He completed the work in a very punctual manner. He was very professional and was a pleasure to talk with. He advised if the ants returned prior to the next treatment to call him and he would come back out. Before Jimmy left he alos told me he would contact me for my next quarterly service when it was time. True to his word, Jimmy called me two days ago to schedule my next treatment. I would highly recommend this company for pest control.

Jimmie Murphy was prompt, very informative, and performed the work in about 45 minutes. Did a thorough job of applying insecticide to all exterior surfaces. Very responsive to any questions.

He was very professional, responsive and courteous. We first used him about a year ago. He sprayed for bugs and has come back to make sure the bugs are gone. We now have a contract with him to make sure they stay gone. He continues to provide good service.

He was the best! The listing agent was being bossy during the inspection, which she should have never been there, and this did not influence Jimmie's work. She was trying to negate everything, and she has no idea what she was talking about, and its beyond her scope of practice, but Jimmie performed his job. I admire his work ethic and to call what he sees. There was issues with the home, and very high concerns. I am blessed he did my inspection. He is a professional, very very knowledgeable, and an expert. I would highly recommend him to my colleagues, family, and anyone on Angie's list. He was an A+ on everything!

Super service at a reasonable price. Jimmie is friendly and knowledgeable. The treatment was effective for bugs of all types. To my surprise, the crawl space treatment completely eliminated cave crickets after the first application.

They arrived on time and off-loaded their tools. Johnny went to work under the house drilling the foundation while Jimmy had to make an emergency call to another location. Upon his return, Jimmy went to work applying the pesticide. It was apparent both men knew what they were doing and their concern was providing us with the best protection. They were professional, clean and efficient. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and they encouraged a walk-around inspection of their work to insure we were satisfied. They were knowledgeable, prompt and personable. They answered all of our questions regarding pest control and will return next year for our annual inspection. We would highly recommend them.

I have a rental house in Knoxville(I live 100 miles away) that is occupied by my daughter,my son in law and my 7 month old grandson. Ants have been a continuing problem,and with the infant in the house,has become even more of a concern. My daughter contacted a local pest control company,who sent their salesman out.My daughter said he was pushy,and wanted to charge a set up fee of $125.In addition his monthly rates seemed high to me,so I got on Angie's list and called All About Bugs. As soon as they left the house after treatment,my daughter called me all excited about professional,and informative he was. As she is a student at University of Tennessee Vet school,along with caring for an infant,an ant problem was the last thin she needed,and the way this was handled gave her one less thing to worry about.

Both Jimmie (owner) and Johnny were extremely professional and personable. I own a cabin company in the area and work with them to ensure that properties are well cared for. They are very responsive (same day service) and great to work with. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they were good. We have a contract with them, and they come once a month. They have been very responsive, and we are not seeing any more bugs now. They are very responsive. We were seeing bugs after the first spray, and they came out again to spray again. They came out twice a month for the first couple of months.

Fantastics. Professional, courteous and effective. Hired due to an awful ant problem, and one time through they were gone for 6 wk, still have not seen them back in the house. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure my kids and animals were safe. Very easy to talk with and was very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone!

Jimmie arrived promptly and did a fantastic job explaining the services he was going to provide, he got right to work and was done in about an hour or so very thorough and detailed.

He was very friendly. He told us to check for next 7-10 days and if we saw any more ants he would come back and re-treat. He explained that he would come back every other month for the next year. I would recommend his services to anyone having pest problems.
