Victor, the owner, personally made the initial and final inspection to insure the crew had done the work properly. Total professional ! The company offers a LIFE TIME warranty on their work on the house, NOT just with the homeowner. They also offer a 10 year repair/replacement warranty on any parts, appliances, of all the services provided. This warranty cost $150.00/year which we chose to accept. The only "problem" we had was when it came time to replace/renew our warranty we had some miscommunications and could not contact Victor or Breatheasy for a few days. Dawn at Home Advisors called to check on our satisfaction and when we explained the situation, Dawn made direct three-way communication with Victor and me and the situation was completely remediated within two days! As it turns out there was some peresonel changes at the company that might have been the reason for the miscommunications? I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICTOR AND BREATHEASY if you want a professional quality job and service !

Victor and team were great! Victor came himself and told us we had a problem - it turned out to be a much bigger problem than he or I anticipated. But he didn't change his price although the job took two days instead of the one day he anticipated. His team of workers and supervisors were just as serious about the work as Victor himself. They did an excellent job removing the mold and cleaning up. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to have peace of mind once remediation has been done!

It cost $250 for an air quality test. They did not get me the results at the time they said it would take. They did not send me a record of the actual results. Trying to get a follow-up for what to do about the damp areas I had was like pulling teeth. I am forced to seek help elsewhere.

Victor, the owner, brings a wealth of knowledge from his life-long work experiences. He was so gracious and generous with the guidance he provided. My situation did not warrant professional remediation and he was so kind not to charge me for the assessment. He gave me detailed instructions on how to resolve our issue on our own. Huge thanks from someone who has a very tight budget!!!

I'd been told by a mold inspector that we had a problem, but Breathe Easy came out, thoroughly examined the area and asked enough questions to get down to the heart of the matter which turned out to be NO mold problem at all! Their honesty and competent service saved us a great deal of money!

I waited a couple of weeks to write my review. I wanted to make sure that I saw no residual mold "pop" up. Victor came and inspected the area I needed cleaned from a leaking chimney. He went a step further and inspected the rest of the house and found some surface mold in one room of my basement. The estimate was Very Reasonable! The workers came the next day and fully encapsulated both the main room (and the den downstairs) and removed the moldy sheetrock and some of the 2x4s and the old carpet. They cleaned and sanitized everything that was left. They were very professional and courteous. I pray I never have another mold issue but if I ever do I will not hesitate to call this company again!! If you have a mold issue, call Victor and have him come and give you an estimate, you won't be sorry...

Very Knowledgeable and honest

My husband and I were recently diagnosed with health issues due to black mold. We had a couple of estimates for mold remediation and encapsulation of our 1800 square foot crawl space in our 30 year old home. Victor visited our home, inspected the crawl space and took many photos to show us the condition of the crawl space. Victor and Breathe Easy seemed to be the best qualified, based on experience. The price was competitive with other estimates. We appreciated that Victor thoroughly explained how his company would perform the work and why each step was needed. There was no sales pressure to decide to have the procedure done. The crew performing the work was prompt and seemed to know what they were doing. Part of the process was the installation of a professional quality dehumidifier, which Victor advised would run 24/7 until the humidity level is reduced and then only as needed to maintain a low humidity level. The dehumidifier has now run 24/7 for 12 days. My husband has not yet inspected the work performed. My rating of FIVE is predicated upon my husband determining that the work was completed as specified by Victor.

Arrived on time and completed work quickly. Done to my satisfaction.
