The owner Victor was so awesome. When he came out to our house to inspect for mold, he showed us sources of mold in and under our home we never imagined existed. He sat down with us and calmly explained everything and answered all our questions. He DID NOT just throw an estimate at us and leave. The cost of remediation was very reasonable and on target for what our budget could afford. When we decided to go with Breathe Easy, Victor had his crew come to the house the next day do all the remediation. They were so incredibly nice and professional and did an excellent job. When they were finished, Ryan showed me the completed work and my crawl space went from a dark, smelly, scary area to a bright, super clean area, with every area covered. Included in the price is a de-humidifier unit that runs under the house and keeps the humidity low so mold cannot grow back. I am so so happy with the work Breathe Easy and would recommend them 100%.

Victor did an excellent job evaluating my mold issues and recommending suggestions for taking of it. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and provided me with an assessment of my needs at no charge at all. He seemed genuinely concerned about my problem and evaluated several areas in my home to try to determine the source, including the crawlspace. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a mold or air quality assessment.

Fast, Clean and know what they are doing!

They came out for the inspection ; advised me the issue was not mold, but effervescence, and found the source of that for me to fix Checked the rest of the area to be sure there were no issues and there was no charge. Honest and open and through and even suggested how to clean the problem. They will be first call if I have another problem..

They sent a couple guys in October and they told us that there was wet detected from the thermal imaging. Then the owner came out this spring with a different worker. He said that the thermal imaging was detecting cold air, not wet, since there are no signs of watermarks. Plus he said you can smell mold and there is no signs of smell that is mold. My only complaint is that the first two workers didn't know what they were talking about. Then nothing was documented that they ever even came to the house. Plus it took several months before the owner came out. Which is partly my fault for dropping the ball when I didn't hear back from the owner when he said that he would call back. Then the owner didn't call back when he said he would. When the owner did come to the house. He went above and beyond what he was there to do, by helping us figure out why our AC pipes were leaking when the AC is ran. It was discovered that there is a damaged pipe by using a fiber-optic camera down the AC pipes. Which we are greatly thankful for!!! Now we know what we need to do to fix the AC, where before it was more of a mystery what for sure we needed to do.
