Chris and his workers were great. Arrived at the time we agreed, explained everything in advance, did all of the work in the time frame they estimated, did a very thorough duct cleaning job and were very carefull not to clean-up and not leave a mess anywhere. Cost was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to use their service again. Have already recommended to friends and family.

We purchased a townhouse that had previously been lived in by a smoker. The HVAC ducts kept recycling the stale-cigarette smell, and I thought we'd never get rid of it. But the Vent Masters team pulled off a miracle! They cleaned and sanitized the ducts so thoroughly that we've never smelled the old nicotine odor since their service. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely tidy. With the Angie's List coupon, the price was more than reasonable. We'll definitely be repeat customers!

All work was done efficiently and well. We are very pleased to have resolved a problem that we would not have had if our builder had thought the problem through more carefully.
Description of Work: Our dryer stopped working and the appliance repairman informed us that our vent was blocked and they didn't clean them. I checked Angie's List and hired Vent Masters. We ended up having them do a major rerouting of the vent which had originally vented from an interior laundry room into the garage. My husband realized this was a design flaw in our custom built home and extended the vent pipe to the outdoors. However, it had two elbow joints, went from floor level to garage ceiling and out. We had them vent straight out along the floor, which required moving hot water heater. We had also converted a huge screened in porch into a mother-in-law apartment and vented that dryer into this same pipe. We were informed that this was not up to codes, so we had the apartment dryer vented up through the attic and out the roof.

Wonderful people. Chris and his son were right on time and went over everything in detail. They were here about 5.5 hours. We had a lot of mold and Chris showed us where it was and what he was going to do to fix our system/vents. Would not hesitate to use again and plan on recommending to our friends! Chris was one of the most professional service providers I have used in a while. From a professional greeting when I initially called, to calls to confirm the appointment, uniforms, and cleaning up after - their overall professionalism was fabulous. I had the duct cleaned as a precaution, and was glad I did. They were able to do the whole job from outside the house in about 15 minutes and removed a full grocery bag's worth of lint. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with this provider. They were responsive, prompt, courteous, respectful, and completed the service to our complete satisfaction. Chris answered my call and my questions the first time I called. He scheduled us for service for the next week. He arrived on time on the day scheduled. He called an hour ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. The work was done efficiently and neatly. The ductwork is clean and sanitized and the airflow is noticeably improved. The air in our home smells fresher and there has been a remarkable reduction in dust. We are very happy with this provider and will use them again. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Provider was on time and performed the work efficiently. I bought a new dryer almost a year ago and could not get it t to work appropriately, Three different people were supposed to fix it, none did the job correctly. It was really jammed with lint and could have been a fire hazard. (yes I had had this checked and this service performed by someone else.) Also the cover was not appropriate. Even though the gas company had reinstalled the hookup, he told me it was still not right. Needless to say, with a brand new dryer, that wouldn't dry, my frustration was at an all high time high Since this service it has worked like a charm. He also did a great job of cleaning up the linty mess left all over the patio. I would hire him again.
