Chris and his workers arrived in the time frame that was specified. They were very friendly and professional. They started work right away. We purchased a townhouse that had previously been lived in by a smoker. The HVAC ducts kept recycling the stale-cigarette smell, and I thought we'd never get rid of it. But the Vent Masters team pulled off a miracle! They cleaned and sanitized the ducts so thoroughly that we've never smelled the old nicotine odor since their service. They were prompt, courteous, and extremely tidy. With the Angie's List coupon, the price was more than reasonable. We'll definitely be repeat customers!

Excellent, Chris and his 2 co-workers came shortly after I called. They worked very efficiently and quickly to take care of my dryer vent. They were very friendly and professional.

Wonderful people. Chris and his son were right on time and went over everything in detail. They were here about 5.5 hours. We had a lot of mold and Chris showed us where it was and what he was going to do to fix our system/vents. Would not hesitate to use again and plan on recommending to our friends! We could see the difference in air quality immediately. Our dust problem is solved and it smells so good!! Very professional and friendly!

Chris was one of the most professional service providers I have used in a while. From a professional greeting when I initially called, to calls to confirm the appointment, uniforms, and cleaning up after - their overall professionalism was fabulous. I had the duct cleaned as a precaution, and was glad I did. They were able to do the whole job from outside the house in about 15 minutes and removed a full grocery bag's worth of lint. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with this provider. They were responsive, prompt, courteous, respectful, and completed the service to our complete satisfaction. Chris answered my call and my questions the first time I called. He scheduled us for service for the next week. He arrived on time on the day scheduled. He called an hour ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. The work was done efficiently and neatly. The ductwork is clean and sanitized and the airflow is noticeably improved. The air in our home smells fresher and there has been a remarkable reduction in dust. We are very happy with this provider and will use them again. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Provider was on time and performed the work efficiently. I bought a new dryer almost a year ago and could not get it t to work appropriately, Three different people were supposed to fix it, none did the job correctly. It was really jammed with lint and could have been a fire hazard. (yes I had had this checked and this service performed by someone else.) Also the cover was not appropriate. Even though the gas company had reinstalled the hookup, he told me it was still not right. Needless to say, with a brand new dryer, that wouldn't dry, my frustration was at an all high time high Since this service it has worked like a charm. He also did a great job of cleaning up the linty mess left all over the patio. I would hire him again.

Very well indeed. Chris worked me into his schedule, arrived promptly, worked quickly and thoroughly, was very knowledgeable and informative about his findings, and recommended only what I really needed. He's a keeper!

Purchased Angie's List special for Air Duct Cleaning for $149. When technician arrived, his opening comments included the fact that it would not cover cleaning the return vent ... seemed strange to me. He explained it was in the fine print of the offer. I paid the extra charge to have the return vent cleaned (why would you not?!) but afterwards had this realization. His offer was to clean 'up to 20' air vents; I only had 7 vents, so it seems to me he could have thrown in the return vent in place of the 13 vents he would have had to do in a larger house. As far as I know, he did a good job; it's the kind of thing you can't really measure. And, all in all, the price wasn't bad. It seemed a little like the old "bait and switch" routine to me. Offering a really low price to get your attention, and then adding on for services that would normally be included (at least, in my opinion). That's the reason for the low marks on professionalism.
