Dan was punctual and friendly. He quickly assessed the vent and got right to work. Very efficient and cost was as quoted. Loved that he cleaned up the lint too! Would definitely recommend Dan and would absolutely hire his company again.

Dan, with vent masters, was superb. His expertise was amazing. He even took the time to explain every step that he was performing. I would highly recommend using his service and I would direct and I would use his services again.

Dan called us explaining that he would be able to come earlier than he had said, asking if that was OK. He was professional, courteous, and proficient. He also had to replace the vent cover which was an additional charge. My only complaint is that he did not "scoop up" all the lint that was blown onto the yard. Maybe that is SOP but I was surprised. So I had to take care of it b/c there was a LOT and I'm sure our neighbors would not appreciate "our lint" being blown into their yards.

David did an amazing job. Was very clean and helpful. Called and arrived early which was great and even fixed my dryer tubing when I asked as an add on all for a great afforadable price. Highly recommend and will use them for future maintenance!

I am very pleased with the service, They were excellent, very quick to do the work , very pleasant to work with. They came even before the time.

Chris was wonderful. I called at 1:19PM and he was here by 2:00PM. Not only did he clear the vent from the outside, but he replaced my dryer hose and changed the direction on the actual dryer door.

Chris did a great job. He arrived when he said he would, explained what needed to be done and then did it. What more can you ask for? I will have him come out on an annual basis.

Work done 11/18/2020. Second time I've used VentMasters.Pro. Again, outstanding service. Price quoted was price charged. Chris was professional and friendly. Immediately found the problem and took care of it. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I was surprised to learn I needed sanitizing.Tht job ended up costing $550.My next door neighbor had another company at $15 a vent and she was very happy.Next time I will use her company.My a/c man said it was possible I needed it but since no one here smokes it was not something I had to have.

Awesome! Chris was right on time, he explained the process to me before he started and answered all my questions. Completed everything in a timely professional manner.

It was apparently more complicated than expected, so he charged $50 more than the original estimate. He then said there was old "animal and water damage" in the crawl space and suggested his brother-in-law could fix it for $500-$1,000. He may be totally honest and right, and the dryer vent IS working fine now; but we were left with a few little doubts because of the recommendation of further expensive work. Bentley heating/air conditioning company had recently been under the house and saw no damage. Vent Masters was the only company that responded fairly punctually, though. They made their first contact within hours. When we decided to use them and left a message, however, it was two days before they responded. He said he had been "out of touch with his phone over the weekend." So we have mixed feelings.

Went very well. They were so nice and acted genuinely concerned about fixing my problem and doing a good job. They took their time and did an excellent job. They may be a little pricier than others but it’s way worth it. I especially like that they spray Thyme essential oil mist in all vents to kill mold. I highly recommend them.
