Vent Masters

This is a father and son team. They are very professional and do the most thorough dryer vent cleaning, actually going on roof to clean vent from there as well as from the dryer vent in the wall.

Prompt appointment. Arrived on time. Did a thorough job at the initially agreed price. Will call Chris again.

They did the work and gave good description of system. Also gave good advice for day-to-day and future care.

Called Wednesday to book an appointment for dryer vent cleaning. They scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon, quoted a price of $125 but gave me a $25 discount. Called me when they were en route. Upon arrival they went right to work and quickly and thoroughly cleaned the vent. Friendly, professional, efficient, reasonably priced. Price charged was the price quoted. I would use them again, and I recommend them.

Excellent!!! Called the day after Thanksgiving and office was closed. Chris called me back even though office was closed. Very professional, informative, and helpful. Will use for future work as well. I highly recommend.

Fantastic. It was a great experience. Chris and his son came with in the time frame given. They were very professional and informed us that they had ran into a serious bird nest problem. Boy was he ever right. Birds had built nest beside and on top of each other. What a mess and a serious fire hazard. For a small nominal fee, which we had discussed prior to his service, We now have a perfectly fixed dryer system and vent that works absolutely great. Thanks guys for a job very well done. We will use you again in the future for sure.

I waited a week for Sears to come repair my dryer. They came and after 2 minutes told me the vent was clogged, charged me $85 and left- without fixing the problem. I called Ventmasters and they were at my house within an hour and a half. They not only cleaned out the dryer, but replaced the vent, put on a new vent cover and explained out to care for the dryer in the future. I am so happy I took a chance with this company. Christ and his crew were friendly, professional and GOT THE JOB DONE!!! I will always call Ventmasters when I need vent cleaning/ repair.
