Description of Work: When Chris realized that the service we had purchased a coupon for wouldn't do us as much good as something else he could do, he let us use the coupon towards that other service--which he certainly was not required to do. He arrived when he told he would and even threw in some extra help that he didn't charge us for. Very helpful and professional throughout!

Description of Work: Rerouted and reinstalled dryer vent. It was amazing. He came over on Super Bowl Sunday and did an excellent job. Constantly cleaning up after all drywall and wood cutting as he went. He was polite, professional and prompt. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
