After "losing" the brush in the vent when attempting to clean, I contacted Ventmasters. Chris worked me into his schedule and promptly retrieved the brush and completed the cleaning. He also replaced outside vent and the hose (from dryer to wall). I am very pleased with service, promptness, and cost. I recommend Chris to anyone with dryer vent issues/need for vent cleaning. Chris and son came the same day that we called. They called when they were on the way with an accurate estimate of arrival. They promptly went to work after introduction. Their work was expeditious, professional, and courteous. Chris did not try to upsell me, however, he did point out some small upgrades that I could make to improve our system. I agreed to make those upgrades for his reasonable price. The price for the work was very reasonable. We even agreed to have him return for more work, i.e., to clean our A/C and heating ducting since his company is offering a special pricing on the work.

Chris and Justin did a wonderful job. They cleaned the vents. They also cleaned out the dryer vent. They replaced the dryer vent hose that was damaged and put in a new outdoor dryer vent hood cover with pest guard. They also cleaned the evaporator coil on our hvac unit outside, removed the mold, and installed new filters. I am very pleased with their service and will use them again.

Chris and his Team came out to clean the dryer vent. They replaced the hose behind the dryer & replaced a poorly chosen bird preventing cover that a previous dryer vent cleaner had recommended. They were on time for their appointment and expect you to be the same. They got the job done pretty quickly. I would use them again.

They did an excellent job cleaning out the mold and explaining choices. They also did a great job educating on preventing mold again.

The main vent in hallway was not replaced properly. One corner was left outside of wall, and I cannot fix it. Tried calling back to get fixed but no answer.

I called at 7:45 on a Wednesday night. I had just moved in, and had been working to clean the dryer vent. Unfortunately part of my whip disconnected and was stuck in the vent about 18 feet in. I was in a complete mess. He said they were booked up the next few days, but i was close and he could come right then! He was awesome, retrieved my whip, cleaned the vent and replaced the crappy mess of a vent that was on my attic. I highly recommend using Vent Masters!

Chris and Justin arrived on time and went to work. I had bird nests clogging the vent. They meticulously cleaned the vent all the way from inside to outside the house. Chris told me it was so clogged that water was in the vent. I was excited to hear that, because I thought I had a water leak, since the downstairs ceiling was water stained. Now I know the source of that issue. Thank you, Chris, for saving me hundreds of dollars for a plumber. Chris installed a “bird-proof” vent cover, too. Ive already made a note on my 2019 calendar to schedule their next visit.

I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned. The run was really way too long and not properly vented. I live in a 60's ranch and it just wasn't done right so long ago. To vent properly it needed to have a new shorter line run which would cause me to have to drill through brick on the front of my home and I have not really trusted anyone to do it properly. Chris is a former builder and put my fears to ease about his ability to do the job right. He did wonderfully precise work and was neat and clean. He even went the extra step of making the dryer vent cover match the custom paint job on the brick. I was extremely pleased with the work and now have peace of mind knowing that my dryer is vented properly which will dramatically cut the risk of fire. I'm a very happy customer!

We had a mildew like odor starting to come from our A/C unit when we turned it on. Called them to come out and clean it. They did a great job. I admittedly didn't price shop, so the fee was more than expected, but I can't give a point of view on whether it was high or low. They ended up cleaning all registers and ducts on two stories (and units) as well as both returns. In addition, they cleaned out my dryer vent and cleaned out both the condenser and coil on my main level A/C unit where the smell was coming from. All told, paid $800 for everything. I will say they were very kind to my 5 year old who followed them around insisting to be informed of every action they took. I appreciate that they were kind to her.

Chris and Justin were incredible. Chris kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Cleaned our AC unit and brought it back to life. Also realized we didn’t have the proper vent for our dryer and they created a new vent pipe with ease. I would recommend VentMaster.Pro to everyone! these guys are great: they accommodated my scheduling needs, showed up with three guys, worked quickly and without making a mess, discovered and told me what else i needed (new vent cover outside, new dryer tubing inside), added that extra work for me on the spot, answered my questions, and were really polite and friendly in the process. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.
