Service worker arrived on time and was extremely courteous, professional, and did excellent work! We asked all of the questions we had regarding the services we received and all were answered very clearly. Our house has never felt cleaner and the air has never smelled so fresh! This was the best investment we have made in this house. I cannot recommend this service or this company highly enough! We are thrilled!!

The service was excellent. The owner arrived before the appointment time and was very professional and knowledgable. He made every effort to do an excellent job which he did. In fact, he went beyond the call of duty. I would absolutely use and recommend this company without hesitation! It is great to support a small, locally owned business and even better to get this level of service.

I'll start off with the positive. Chris is quite knowledgeable, does quality work, and is competitively priced. The experience turned negative about half way through when Chris stated, regarding his prior appointment, that the client tried to "JEW HIM DOWN" on price. My wife and I certainly found that offensive, especially since we are both Jewish. I told him I was offended, especially hearing that from a stranger in my own house. Someone of good character would have apologized for the derogatory remark, but he did not. He actually got agitated that I made him feel uncomfortable which is quite ironic. I would have told him to leave immediately but he had my a/c unit apart and I really just wanted him to finish up. Wait, it gets better. As he was packing up his equipment into the truck I reminded him about doing our dryer vent. He got all upset and said I was suppose to remind him before he packed up his equipment. Mind you he specifically told us his dryer vent service was included. He then had the audacity to tell me he will only take out his compressor if I paid him an additional $100. I was shocked! I've never heard of this where the customer gets penalized for not reminding the vendor to do his job at an exact point in time. My wife heard this and told him we are not paying him until he does our dryer that he specifically stated was included in our service. All of sudden he changes his tune and agrees to take the compressor out and service the vent (mind you it took less than 1 minute to take it out). It doesn't stop there. He then started to complain about being late for his next appointment which was not our problem nor had anything to do with us. There were several opportunities here for Chris to do the right thing and rectify the situation of which he failed on all accounts.

Excellent job under quote. Would use Vent Masters and for Vent Cleaning or othe work.

The technician was 5 minutes early, big surprise! He first took a flash light and looked at all of my vents and return. Immediately he found debris and mold on my vents. He told me that was from excess water in my system, most likely a dirty evaporator coil. He then inspected my evaporator coil, which I did not even know what was, and showed me it was totally clogged up. It was gross!! I asked what was on it and he explained mostly mold but also animal hair, dirt, dust and most likely bacteria. I cannot believe I was breathing that stuff. He said if I would use a better Heppa Filter I could change the return of this problem and maybe eliminate it for a long time. Then the cleaning process started. He first cleaned the coil using high pressure air, a vacuum and chemicals. You cannot believe what it first looked like and then it looked like a new silver radiator. I would have never thought you could clean that. I would have thrown it away if it were me. He really knows his stuff. Next he used a very large blue vacuum and hooked it to my system. He said it was going to create a tornado of air in my system and while it was running he used both a shop vacuum to remove large debris from each floor vent but he also used a high pressure hose to disturb loose debris deep inside my system. I asked to look inside his vacuums when he was done and he was happy to show me. I felt like a very dirty person but I keep a very clean home. The last thing he did was to use a fog that he blew through my entire air system. I guess there are a few things you just have to trust you need but the peace of mind I was left with made me feel safer and much, much cleaner. I will definitely use them again.
