Chris was very nice and arrived on time. He did a through cleanout of our dryer vent. Once you see what comes out of your vent then you realize why everybody really needs to have this service done at their house...... Not only will it make your dryer work better, but you also avoid a potential fire hazard. Our vent was on the roof so like the coupon said there is a small additional charge $25 if it is not ground level or he has to climb up a ladder to reach the area. Also while he was on the roof he did some other inspections for us and noticed that we had some other problems that needed to be fixed. He was booked solid the day he did our cleanout so he didn't have time to attend to the problems. We were so glad that he alerted us to the other problems so we could get them fixed. I would recommend Chris..... seems like a nice honest person.

The service was very satisfactory and he did a good job. The technician was very professional and on time. I would have him come to my home again.

Chris was great. I did not get to use the coupon I purchased but it worked out for the best. He found and fixed problems that could have been a huge expense later on had we not found them.

All of these proceedures went well, this was the first time getting this done in our home, be prepared to spend extra to get a full job done in your home....the service advertised as $199.00 for vent and dryer vent cleaning, ended up paying an extra $335.00, which was a total of $554.00...as suggested by Mr. Rogers we got the evaporator coil cleaned, and sanitizer treatment, both sevices were well worth it...also for YFI...we have a separate service contract with another company to come out and clean and make sure everything is ready to go in winter and summer months on our central heat and air, when Mr Rogers brought down the coil ,it was black from mold !!!! and the drip pan as well, that had never been checked or cleaned by the other contracted company, so be aware( this should be apart of the service provided by the TWO TIMES A YEAR people we have checking everything ) We think Mr. Rogers did a very good job and will use him again. The service was excellent. Chris the owner inspected the vent and found that the installation of the vent was done wrong from the beginning. The line was stopped up and the vent hose had blown off of the dryer. He repaired the vent completely and then cleaned it. The cost was additional for the cleaning but was a very reasonable charge for the repair. I was more than please with the service and would highly recommend this company for their service.

Chris was professional and took his time to perform the job well. He is a very nice person with whom you can trust will not try to take advantage of you.

Arrived on time, evaluated service need, quickly set up equipment, completed job and cleaned up mess. Was efficient and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with excellent service performed and highly recommend to others.

It was pretty good and I would recommend them. It was a real quick turnaround, which was great. Chris was a good guy, but the only thing was he left off the breaker on one A/C unit that ended up having to be a service call and an additional cost. I ended up calling another company because I figured it was an A/C problem as opposed to a vent problem. Depending on how we workout this issue I would probably use them again.

Although he was very friendly and seemed to do good quality work, I was frustrated that a lot of the things he indicated really, really needed to be done were not included in the deal I purchased. So of course I had to pay a few hundred dollars more than I thought I would for him to do more. That's always frustrating.

I think it was good. He did a good job. It was timely. I remember talking to him and I think he wanted to schedule them pretty quickly. I don't think we had to wait long at all. I think our ducts were really, really dirty so he showed us all of the junk he got out of there. We added more stuff because our house is old. I'm assuming the ducts have never been cleaned.

Went great! He was halfway done by the time I showed up but took the time to explain to me what he did and was doing. I was even able to get a video of the nastiness as well as some photos. He did not try to up sell me on anything, he showed me how to clean some of the coils but I just had him clean it for $50 more. He used an acidic spray that just ate up all the gunk that I did not have. I was amazed by what came out of the duct work. If you think you just need the vents vacuumed and the return cleaned you are wrong! There is soooo much more nastiness, clean the whole system for about $400 and breath much easier! This guy knows his stuff!

our ents has not clean for 5 years and with 15 vent s and cleaning the coils ,the entire work lasted two hours. I certainly recomend him to my friendsand neighbors.

Chris was very nice and knowledgeable. He did a walk through of my house and made additional recommendations. He explained everything he was doing and his prices were reasonable. He got right to work and it took him a little over 2 hours to complete. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

We got the deal to clean out the vents. Chris was prompt, courteous, and showed us where the dust was coming from. Our vents were horribly clogged and the HVAC was equally disgusting. We did a lot of extra services because my wife is allergic to everything. We used to have a thick film of dust on everything daily. It's been four days and no dust. Extraordinary! I'm very pleased with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

I bought the deal for $99. When he arrived, he said that the deal covered the dryer vent, but not the wall vent. He wanted more money to do the job--I paid him because I had to.

Chris arrived on time, did the work and left no mess. He spent some time with my husband discussing another problem that we had and Chris had a great idea that wil help us.

We he arrived he first check the house from top to bottom to find the problem.We had black suit all over the walls and ceiling.He fiquered out it was the furnace and not the gas logs making the problem.Stayed late in the evening to finish the job

While looking for air quality improvements, we looked down our central air/heat vents and realized how dirtry they really were. Chris came out within two days and showed me each part of the process, helped me understand some other non-related vent issues I had and left me with a visibly clean and fresh smelling system. After I decided to add-on additional services, Chris discounted everything and I spent less than half of the quoted price! Great service and price.

He came out right away and gave us such a fair price! He did such a wonderful job cleaning the vents, I couldn't believe the junk he was pulling out. He was very thorough and professional. We had some kind of weird dust, even he was perplexed. Chris found where it was coming from by going UNDER OUR HOUSE AND INTO THE CRAWL SPACE. He found out our return duct work had become disconnected and animals were living in it and who knows how long that had been the case!! Chris cared enough to go the extra mile and solve the riddle, and no one has ever done that before. Who knows how long and what we have been breathing. But, now, I feel so much better knowing our vents are truly clean and in good working order. Thanks Chris for a job well done!

Vendor followed up with me directly after purchase, set quick date for service. Good communication throughout. Chris spent much more time than either of us expected, due to age of house and time since system was serviced. Beautiful, thorough cleaning, extra time involved due to size of system, and he spent even more time answering questions about the system itself, potential maintenance issues down the road, and even some planned project recommendations. Lots of good ideas and recommendations down the road, and work area was maintained and cleaned up beautifully after.

After months of fatigue and trouble concentrating, I was recently diagnosed with severe allergies to dust mites, mold and various pollens. I have 10 vents in a 1300 sq ft house, and I purchased Angie's "Big Deal" for $195 after the best quote I received for this service was $400. I called Chris immediately after my purchase and he returned my call promptly. He arrived at my house and did a walk-through and inspection before starting the job. During the walk-through, he offered various "add-on" services which I purchased, because I had done my research beforehand and his prices were better than most. He offered to take a look at our air return evaporator coil, because many service providers skip this part of this service. He was right! We paid for this about a year ago, and it had never been cleaned. He was professional and friendly during his service call, and even took some extra time to help me search for an earring I had dropped down one of the vents. Overall it took about 3.5 hours to finish the first day's work and he will return tomorrow to install our UV air purifier. I felt like he was offering a great deal for this add-on service, which most air duct cleaners offer, and there is a paper suggesting that the air purifier is somewhat effective for "sick building syndrome". I'm trying to do everything I can to improve my exposure to allergens.
