Arrived on time. Worked very efficiently. We were very satisfied with the job that was performed.

Great job and pointed out amount of lint accumulated could have led to fire. Suggested cleaning be done more often.

Very professional and thorough. I was well pleased with all of their service. I had used them before for dryer vent cleaning but this time I used them for air vents also. I would use them any time I need these services.

Dryer vent clogged. Came to clean out from outside. MY FAULT he didn't come inside. He came back out at no charge when it was still clogged. Nice guy. Fair.

Chris was very prompt and professional. He explained everything and offered advice on some things long term that needed to be done, but I never felt pressured. I plan on having him back to replace our pipe this year also! Very pleased!

It was great. There were some scheduling conflicts but we worked through them and Chris came out at a time when he normally would not have; I appreciate the extra effort to squeeze me in. Chis did a great job of explaning the process and recommend other services; I appreciate that he did not pressure me to get the other services done, he only mentioned them.

Chris called when he was on his way and he showed up on time. My dryer vent was not easy to clean because it vents out through the roof of my town home. Chris wasted no time getting to work on my clogged dryer vent. When Chris was finished he showed me what he had done and it looked so much better. Chris was so professional and helpful that I asked his advice on a project I was working on and not only did he give me good advice, he took 20 minutes of his time to help me place the wood supports in my kitchen pantry. What a nice guy. I have been telling everyone how important it is to clean out their dryer vent. and to call Chris Rogers at Master Vent to get the job done. My clothes are drying faster now saving me time and money.

They were professional and on time but ended up charging me for things wasn't aware of.

CHRIS Rogers came to clean my air vents on sat jan 17,20`5. while doing so he pointed out all the built up mold in my air ducts and the damage to them. I decided to have all of them replaced. Chris came back today jan 22,2015 to replace all. he did an excellent job both days, is extremely courteous and efficient in all he is doing., I am highly recommending him to anyone.

Everything was performed as expected. Service techs were on time and professional. I am pleased with the service and the price.

Chris did a great job! He cleaned out our system, helped me understand how to maintain it and even patched up some problems. He identified concerns around our system and gave us knowledge to address them. He was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him completely. His business is now my go-to shop for all HVAC needs. The tech was very nice and knows his business. He did a really great job! I have recommended this company to my neighbors and would use them again in the future.

Did a fair job of cleaning ducts. Just hooked up a blower and blew air through the ducts at a high speed. Don't think it is very profession to advertise a $149 duct cleaning, sanitising and when they come, oh the return are extra, and cleaning heating coil inside is extra. Wish i would have been told this up front. Left some type of dirty liquid around the return air vent that stained the new paint i had done. Had to clean around the area and repaint. Registers also not included in price. Overall, glad i had them do it, but not happy with the communication or final price.

He was punctual and responsive. However, he was rushing a lot and has been on the phone for longer period which made me suspicious that he was focusing on his job.

Contractor did an excellent job communicating when he would arrive (and arrived on time!), cleaning out the line, explaining options for improvement and safety, etc. Great job. Received a quote from another provider for more than double the cost. No hesitation to use Vent Masters again at all.

They were wonderful. Because of unseen circumstances, they arrived while a barbecue was happening! They even had suggestions about my husband's barbecuing techniques -- appreciated but not followed.

Chris did great, would recommend. He blew out a tons of built-up lint and even a bird's nest!! People should get their dryer exhaust vents cleaned out periodically. He noted that my exhaust pipe is only 3 inches diameter and building codes call for 4 inches. Will be good to get that replaced so that if I get a newer model, higher capacity dryer that it would not be an issue. For the $99 coupon deal, do read the disclaimers on the right of the screen when you purchase it - that there will be additional charges (in my case $25 each) for each issue that might arise - such as 1) use of a ladder 2) more than two bends or 3) vent clogged by a bird or 4) vent over ten feet long. Overall recommend, people should clean their vents to keep their dryers working efficiently.

.Great! My dryer is working so well! It is amazing how little time I now need to dry the laundry.

It was taking 2 hours to dry a load of clothes because the dryer was not venting properly. He was able to slot us in on a Friday so that we could get clothes washed and dried over the weekend. It was excellent service and a fair price because this was not just a cleaning but actually a replacement of some of the duct work.

He wanted to charge extra for other services. When I started questioning about the other services, he was short with me. I'm not going to use him and have requested a refund for the Big Deal.
