Description of Work: They cleaned our vents - we were in need following renting our house out and an HVAC unit replacement. They were punctual, professional, quick, and very thorough. We have seen a significant decrease in the amount of dust in our home and on our furniture since this cleaning. We are very satisfied customers!

Description of Work: My own personal opinion is that there are both pros & cons to this evaluation. Cons: he is allergic to cats, doesn’t believe cats should be inside the home and that it makes it unfit to live there- I guess for pet dander, etc. I also didn’t realize there were other components to this cleaning, and it ran more than I had expected, and more than I had purchased through Angie's List. . I thought the deal would be for the total job, but what I had purchased would not have effectively cleaned/sanitized everything & would have been a waste of money. Won’t make that mistake again on a deal. Pros: he was on time, he explained all the options for additional work, let me decide what I wanted to do, set up quickly, and closed up quickly at the end. He explained every step of the way what he was doing or going to do, and also explained the quality of the sanitizing spray he uses. He appeared to be very thorough, was polite and efficient. If you can tolerate the comments about the animals, then he does a very efficient and thorough job. It smelled nice when he was through. I would probably choose someone who isn't allergic to animals & doesn't feel it's wrong to keep them in a house- but that's my own personal opinion, and doesn't affect the quality of the work he performed. I don't feel he shorted me on time, just to get out of there. I feel he did everything he said he was going to do.

Description of Work: I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Vent Masters. We haved moved several times and we always have our vents cleaned due to my asthma and allergies. This time was the first time I consulted Angie's List and wow! I really wish I had done that sooner! Vent Masters went above and beyond my expectations. They arrived on time, took care when entering my home, clearly explained every step of the process, and gave me tips on some minor repairs I was attempting to perform! I home school my two boys and I was completely at ease due to the professionalism displayed by Vent Masters. Their communication is another area, again going above and beyond my expectations to make sure my appoint was scheduled at a convienient time for me and our family. We had all the vents cleaned and sanitized, the returns cleaned and sanitized, the blower motor cleaned, the coils cleaned (and the gunk had to be chiseled off!), and our dryer vent cleaned.
