At the base of the wall, on top of the footer, were 3 foot clay tiles, with pitched gravel on top and between the footer area. It was finally backfilled with dirt. Since then, Alan of All-Dry has been constantly educated and kept abreast of the latest technologies. This has allowed him to create a patented water-control system that is safe and effective for your home. Nick Chandler, Director of Operations, has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Nick is highly trained and is a certified waterproofing and structural repair contractor. "I researched and spoke to several crawl space companies regarding the encapsulation process and needs in my crawl space. Jerrod by far was the most professional, personable, and fairly priced company. I was not treated like just another number or customer for a big company. Jerrod understood my concerns, he identified problems in the crawl space (providing pictures) and advised the best way in FIXING ALL off them. No good, better, best way to fix it, like other places trying to weasel money out of me, just THE RIGHT WAY! On start day, he held team meetings in the driveway with his team of guys, they all knew their tasks and game plan for each day. His guys even helped me with my sit down lawn mower.
