I researched and spoke to several crawl space companies regarding the encapsulation process and needs in my crawl space. Jerrod by far was the most professional, personable, and fairly priced company. I was not treated like just another number or customer for a big company. Jerrod understood my concerns, he identified problems in the crawl space (providing pictures) and advised the best way in FIXING ALL off them. No good, better, best way to fix it, like other places trying to weasel money out of me, just THE RIGHT WAY! Jarrod was extremely knowledgeable about waterproofing. He put sumps and drains and a dehumidifier in our crawl space. Not only that but he was fair and honest. We hired him as he seemed willing to take responsibility for his work and he has. He came on his own accord and re-inspected our crawlspace to make sure things were working as they should after a heavy rain. This was after we had handed over the Cheque. He and his crew were exceptionally nice to work with and left a clean and tidy workspace. Very hard worker. I would highly recommend him to others.

He is the most trustworthy Company, I've ever used. He comes by regularly to check the unit and will replace the filter at regular in intervals. Jarrod is a perfectionist. His crew is totally awesome and very flexible. Greatest hard working crew seen in the market. They are extremely professional. Best customer service. I can trust them with my home more than anyone. My floors were buckling because of Middle TN humidity. My floor guy said the floor humitity of the hardwood was 11 present and was coming up. After Jarrod's work the floors self-corrected as Jarrod predicted. So relieved my panic completely. He is a Pro who knows every aspect of work needed and invites you to inspect his work. The Crawl Space is impeccable and stays around 60 degrees through the year with no more Middle TN humidity. He also treated for black mold. I don't like to put $$ online for everyone to read for my security, but for the work I did other estimates which would have sunk me financially. Jarrod provided a life-time warranty. I was a Military Chaplain but raised in a business family who taught me much about building Hotels and watched them count supplies and cost to build so I know what quality work looks like and what does not as they took me on their inspections. I'm a perfectionist that requires the best craftsmanship. I had zero reservations to hire Craw Space Solutions woh provided a free estimate and kindly answered my "many" question after I called other companies in frustration as they wanted to break the bank literally.
