Good price and professional

They did very good work, not as punctual as I like but they are very nice people and got the job done in adequate time.

The service has been excellent. We are confident in leaving our home while he is working. They do such a good job and we will continue to use their service. We have recommended him as well.

Eric is a great person with high integrity - we could tell that from the first time we met him. He came right out to our house and gave an estimate that he stayed true to throughout the project which was most important. He did everything from knocking down walls to tiling to painting. The quality of his work was good, and nearly 100% of the time he would be there when he said he would. The project may have entailed a bit more time-wise that he did not account for, and there were some illness/vacation issues that we encountered that made the project go on for several weeks longer than expected which is the main reason for the B rating. Otherwise it would have been and A and we would use him again if we needed a project.

Eric added a full bath where there was previously an unused bonus room/office. He raised the floor approximately a foot to allow for plumbing and connections (since the old floor was concrete). Also, he some plumbing and electrical work in the kitchen. I am thrilled with the way the new additions look. He did a fantastic job with the tile work, drywall, and all the electrical fixtures he installed. Unlike, many remodel companies, I didn't feel like he was "nickel and diming" me for every little things. He communicated effectively and was proactive on getting the job done. Most important though, he fixed something that done incorrectly promptly and without hassle. I appreciate that the most; I feel a contractor is worthless if they won't stand behind their work. No need to worry about that with this guy, as I have found. I will use him again on our next upcoming project.-

Overall, the experience has been excellent. He always makes it right; for example, we had one coating on the garage floor that didn’t work, so he came back out to re-do it without any problems.

He did an amazing job on it, and we plan to keep using him for all of our home work in the future!

I approximately spent between sixty and seventy-five thousand dollars. My experience with this company is perfect. He is affordable and does excellent work. I would use this company again in the future if needed.

Eric has been great to work with and we will be using him for all our future construction and repair needs. His prices are reasonable and the work is done as promised. We have no reservations leaving our home in his hands!

He is a general contractor and he can take care of everything. His estimate is a great one. He seemed like a really nice guy and he is going to do all of our work in a decent time frame too. I would rate him high overall. The reason why I chose to work with him was because he seemed very honest, flexible to work with our schedule, his price was reasonable and also because of other remarks about him in the website. I would be using his services in July.

We purchased a foreclosure home in Dandride TN which required an extensive rehab and remodel. We found Eric Martin after a horrible and costly experience with another contractor in the area that left us in a disastrous situation. Eric Martin's pricing was very competitve and he seemed to be very capable to handle the job. The project involved adding a two car garage plus 600 square feet of living space, and completely remodeling the existing structure from the foundation up to and including the roof. We soon learned that Eric was not only capable but became an asset in helping us plan and design the remodel. He was on the job every day as he had stated he would be. He not only performed his duties as a general contractor and hands on carpentry and other trade skills, but he made recommendations that saved us money and greatly improved the overall job. We live 800 miles from the job so trust was an important factor. Eric exceeded our expectations in all aspects. We strongly recommend Eric Martin Remodeling from minor repairs to major remodels or new construction. If we were ever to take on a project like this we would hire Eric without competitive bidding. We plan to use Eric Martin exclusively for any future work. We trust Eric explicitly. We have had many experiences with numerous contractors remodeling projects over the past 30 years. Eric Martin is undoubtedly the best we have ever worked with. We highly recommend Eric to anyone in the Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville area.

The job was done very well. no mess left work hard at it very pecise in his work goes above and beyond his quote and takes pride in his work. For the price he gave us i felt he did alot more work then what the price was. he was done with the job at the time he said he would be.
