We install windows and doors, paint interior and exterior, remodel full bathrooms, repair rotten wood and termite damage repair, install ceramic tile and laminate flooring. "I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."

"I called Rite Now about installing a pole light in the front yard. They were able to come out within a couple business days to provide an estimate, which they provided the same day. Once I accepted the estimate, they were able to do the work within 3 days. They arrived on time and installed the pole light, which included extending a circuit from the garage and trenching about 12 feet, as well as pouring a concrete base. I also had them install a 20 amp circuit in a workshop. During that installation, they noticed the electric sub-panel was not up to code as it did not have a proper ground. They also noticed the shop did not have a GFCI. As part of the work, they installed the ground and GFCI. Very pleased with the work they did."
