Awesome crew! Couldn't have asked for a more professional and helpful group. From the packers to the movers all were wonderful. Arrived on time and ended up moving her 1/2 a day early. Kept a clean work area and answered all questions willingly. Would highly recommend this company.

PODS was delayed several times due to weather. ETM had no problem rescheduling. Workers (Shawn & Travis) arrived on time and unloaded in a very prompt manner. They were very accommodating and careful in placing our goods. We enjoyed the conversation while they were working as they provided helpful comments about the area. We will request them when we bring another PODS in March.

Movers were absolutely wonderful. Rained 2+ inches that day. Extremely nice and nothing was damaged.

Excellent! Truck and crew arrived right on time and moved me from one home to another in about five hours with no damage.

James and Greg arrived on a timely basis and called 15 minutes prior to arrival. They were very meticulous concerning my furniture and the care of my home. John arrived later to assist. Everyone was very friendly and worked quickly during the move. Thank you for your exceptional care of my mother's furniture. God Bless!

It was so smooth that I cannot imagine ever calling another mover. They show up when they say they will and they stay in touch. A great company!

They were prompt, professional, and hard working. They charged by the hour and I never saw them just standing around or loafing off. This was the fourth time I have used East Tennessee Movers, Inc. and I have always been very satisfied.

Movers called to say they were running late because of a late move the day before. We appreciated the call. When they arrived, they were courteous and started working right away. They followed our directions very well and overall we had a great experience.

We are very happy with East Tennessee Movers, and plan to use them again in the future when the need arises. Our business set up was a little difficult to explain, so Lester came out to the shop and gave us an estimate. We scheduled it for a holiday weekend and the guys still showed up exactly on time and with smiles. The whole crew was fast, professional, and they were organized and new what they were doing. Moving is so stressful, and it was a big relief to have everything run so smoothly.

It was an excellent experience! I always worry when moving: about my furniture not being marred, getting everything there, and putting things in place. These guys did all that! The company is great---called ahead of time to confirm, called when the movers were on their way, and the guys finished in the time set--4 hours. That was critical for me as I had to be a special event that afternoon by 2. They arrived on time (early even), listened to my frantic directions of what to take and where to place it in the new home (after all, who isn't frantic when moving?), treated my furniture like it was their own, delivered everything to the new place, placed it where I asked, and were very professional over all. I highly recommend East Tennessee Movers. And, if I should lose my mind and decide to move again, i will call them!

They were great to work with. The weather didn't cooperate, but they were very helpful to change the date of service. The men were careful with the furniture.

The tree men packed six large heavy pieces of furniture from storage and delivered to my upstairs apartment, placed the pieces as I instructed. They were gentle, professional, pleasant.

3 men arrived on-time with a truck and moving supplies (i.e., blankets, tie-downs, etc.). They were extremely nice and professional. I was impressed with how thoughtfully they packed the truck and their seriousness with my belongings. Their pricing was reasonable and they worked at a good pace. I have moved approximately 10 times in my life and this was my first experience with a moving company. It couldn't have been better. I hope to not have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely call this company.

Dean came out and provided the initial estimate. His original estimate was off but only because we ended up moving more stuff via their service than we had initially expected. One day prior to the scheduled moving date we had to reschedule the move due to weather and a personal matter that came up. Rita in their office was very friendly and easy to work with. His 4 workers arrived on the date scheduled. The move took 2 full days. Over the course of those 2 days we never once heard the workers curse, argue or disagree. They worked very well together as a team. Even when they didn't know we were within ear shot they were friendly and courteous to one another. Only a few items were damaged during the move but they were mostly particle board pieces of furniture. Anytime the workers found something damaged on the furniture they brought it to our attention. We only found one damaged wall due to the move; it was caused by them moving a VERY LARGE armoire that required all 4 of them to move. Issues during the move:During the movement of our master bedroom bed, we had packed the hardware up with the bedframe and we explicitedly told them that the hardware was to remain with the bedframe so we could reassemble the bed after moving it. Somehow during the move they either lost the hardware or placed it inside of a box that was packed inside our garage. Another issue (less of a problem) was that even after marking on each box where the box was to go in the new home, they still delivered boxes to the wrong rooms. All in all though, it was a good move.

Dean & Lester came a day before the actual move & helped to pack & organize several rooms for a couple hours. They were professional & polite. The following day they returned & packed, loaded, & set up our staff from one home to another. they did an excellent job.

I can't remember the exact date or exact price, but they moved an entire 2-bedroom apartment's worth of furniture including a piano (from the 3rd floor) from Kingsport to Johnson City, for under $500! They gave an estimate that was extremely reasonable (they finished so fast the final bill was substantially less than the estimate), were on time, very professional and friendly, and were quick. I could not have been more satisfied with their work! Highly recommend based on my experience.
