Description of Work: Mark and his crew removed a tree, landscaped my front yard, planted trees and, bushes, flowers, mulched and treated all beds and even helped my neighbor with a tree stump. They did an outstanding job and even did a little more, above and beyond their quote!!! I would highly recommend Mark to anyone that wants top quality work at a reasonable price. It was a decent size job and they were done in approximately 6 hours (Amazing!!!). They will be back to complete additional work once my fence is completed and the birds leave the nest in a tree that was supposed to be removed. Very pleased!!!

Description of Work: We called several companies for quotes and Mow Nashville replied quickly and stopped by to look at our three trees at the time they said they'd arrive. When they came to do the work, they had our trees cut onto the ground exactly as they said they'd do. They were great to work with and have amazing professional knowledge and skills. I highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: They performed the task as planned. They were very easy to work with and are very competent. There were a couple of delays getting to the job, which consisted in trimming trees, so I rated them C in punctuality, but A in all other aspects.

These folks were great right from the start. They contacted me with in a few hours of my request for service, came by the next day and delivered the estimate for the work I requested. We setup a time and they showed up exactly when they said they would and got right to work. They were very respectful of my property and when they were done the yard was cleaner then when they started. I highly recommend there service.
Description of Work: I had 2 large Oak trees pruned. I had 2 large Oak trees pruned. One branches out over the house and the other over a small shop. The came with a bucket truck to trim the tree in the front and used a rope and harness to do the one in the back. They did not use spikes to clime the trees so there were no holes in the trunks that would have allowed pests to get into the trees..

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Mow Nashville Tree Service on September 17th of last year. They have still not done the work. I have exchanged several emails and phone calls with them and been told that they will get out to do the work "soon." They are pleasant enough on the phone, but still have not done the work. I would like a refund so that I may contract with another company.

The arborist contacted me by phone to set up an appointment in order to scope out the job. He gave a good estimate of how much time it would take and also an idea how much addition cost that would involved if the job went over the 7 hour time limit. The tree service arrived on time with the proper equipment to do the job. They did everything that was promised and cleanup the worksite before they left. Also the arborist gave me some ideas for future work on my property.
Description of Work: Removed 3 40ft trees and trimmed several other trees on my property. Trees were trimmed to lower the risk of damage to my house when the spring and summer storms come. This tree service has the proper equipment to do the tough jobs and a very good arborist team to make sure the job is done correctly.

The Mow Nashville Tree Service crew were punctual. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. Everything that was on contract was completed. We will hire them again to do some landscaping. Very professional!
Description of Work: Mow Nashville Tree service removed a 52 ft Sweet Gum Tree, cleared brush and small trees along the property line. Also weed killer application in the cleared area.

I called for an estimate. A few days later they came out and gave me an estimate. Upon agreeing on price they came out a week or so later to perform work. They were very careful not to harm anything underneath the trees as they took their time piecing out the limbs one at a time. It was a daunting task but they did the job well. I would use again.

It was great working with Mow Nashville. I had purchased a coupon for their services and they initiated the call to come out and get an estimate on what I needed done. (I really appreciated that) They were very prompt on getting me an estimate and ended up performing the job a couple days later. It only took a half a day to cut the trees and removal of the trees and cleaning up the area. They were very professional the whole time. The whole Mow Nashville crew was great to work with. I would recommend them to others to use and will probably use them again, since I have many trees around my house.

He came, he saw, he estimated, and then conquered. And cleaned up after.
Description of Work: Mow Nashville took down the 25-ft remainder of a dead tree and removed that and all the debris from the top half, too, which had fallen earlier in the season and been cut up enough to move out of the driveway. Mark also took down a bunch of branches overhanging the gutter and roof, and hauled that debris away. Awesome.

He came out to look at the work soon after the Deal was purchased and set an appointment for the work to be done. I took the time off work and waited for him to show up, only to get a phone call saying he wasn't going to make it and to get a refund. I was extremely irritated and frustrated with the company and would recommend people stay away from them.

Member, I'm sorry you weren't satisfied with our service, however, I recall the events happening quite differently. I personally came to your house before the work to be performed began, and gave you an estimate on removing a stump, and cutting down and hauling off a 20' tree. You did not like our prices, which are very competitive, and insisted that I do all the work for the big deal price. We run big deals to give customers a break and to meet new customers, it is a great value for the customer. The deals are not necessarily designed to fully cover the cost of every tree project, as every tree project is different and can be costly. After I explained this you became very confrontational and angry that I wouldn't be able to complete the entire project for the big deal price. I felt that you would not be pleased with our service regardless of what we agreed upon, and I did not feel comfortable performing the work. We strive to give each customer the best service possible, but we were on completely different pages. I did advise you to ask for a refund, as that seemed the best course of action for both parties. Mark did an outstanding job trimming my 2 Bradford pears trees and 1 flowering cherry tree. They had not been trimmed in many years and had lost their desired shape. When he was finished the trees regained their shape and unwanted thick growth removed to allow needed ventilation. Would highly recommend to anyone needing tree service and will definitely use MOW again.

The overall exerience was extremely positive. They were professional and completed the work 100% to my satisfaction. The crew was respectful, professional and did a great job. The landscaping work they completed for me was also great.
Description of Work: Mark and the team removed two trees from my hillside property. The one was extremely large (90-100 feet tall). Both were on a steep incline. They also ground out the stumps, which due to the grade of my yard was very challenging. They did a great job in ensuring that my fence and other trees were not damaged. All the work was done as expected and I would not hesitate to use them again for tree pruning and/or removal.
