MOW offered an Angie's List special of $200 for tree pruning. At first contact, MOW stated that their truck was in for servicing and they could not set an appointment for the next few weeks - no problem. Thereafter, I tried to contact them over a several week period, leaving several voice mails which were not returned. Not hearing from MOW, I contacted Angie's List for assistance, and within a day, MOW contacted me and set an appointment. They were on time for the appointment and the work was done very well and professionally; however their customer communication with me was very poor and required Angie's List intervention. Leaving a customer, who had already paid for the service, hanging for weeks on end is not acceptable.

They did a fine job. They did everything that they were supposed to do. I would give them an A except that they were supposed to plant grass over the part where they got the tree and they didn't do that.

I got the "big deal" for 7 hours of tree service y their 3 man crew. The initial consulation was prompt and very helpful. In addition to the tree I wanted down, the rep suggested several others that needed work. There was a bit of delay getting the work scheduled but they did come and did a good job. The crew worked hard and brought their chipping truck and the area was clean when they finished. They also took the trouble to take a picture of one spot on the roof where a limb had been rubbing to suggest I have a roof man take a look so it wouldn't leak in the future.

We were unable to get this scheduled for an estimate because of lack of communication with the service provider.

Mark was professional in his appearance and attitude. He came within 2 days of my initial call. He looked at the trees to be removed and sent an estimate by email the same day. He and his team removed efficiently the trees and cleaned every bit of debris! Our yard was cleaner after they left than when they came! I'd recommend Mark for this type of work. He did all the climbing and cutting of trees. We are very happy with the results.

Excellent! Soon after I called, Mark came out to assess my trees and gave me a quote. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lost of information and options, empowering me to make decisions on which limbs to remove and how to care for other trees in my yard. After I signed the quote, he returned the next day with a crew and appropriate equipment to cut and remove the branches. The entire operation was impressively choreographed as Mark climbed the tree and became intricately suspended by ropes and pulleys. He secured all branches before cutting the limbs to ensure no property damage. The ground crew was equally efficient at lowering the limbs, removing them, and cleaning up all debris. It was a great price for the service and I highly recommend them.

We have two 40 foot oaks that needed thinned out. He told me he was the only one who climbed and that he would be the one to take care of them. However, Mark didn't show up with his crew that day and the oaks weren't touched. I was also not certain that the redbud in the front yard had been pruned as it didn't look any different. The river birch had been pruned, but not to my satisfaction. Also, two stumps that we had discussed were not removed. Nevertheless, we went ahead and paid him in good faith - Big Mistake - thinking he would come back to finish the job. We were more than willing to pay for the oaks and would have negotiated whatever he thought was fair. I sent Mark several emails stating that fact and even left a voice message. Have not heard a word. It's very disappointing that you can't deal with people in good faith these days. Customer service is a lost art.

He came out and ruined my pavers with his bucket truck, got stuck in my back yard causing deep ruts. He said he would come back in another 3 weeks when it the weather had eased up, he didn't get in touch with me.I emailed him and it has been another week with no response from him. I just want my money back. I have waited too long.

He did a great job and made sure things were left clean and orderly. He worked very hard and it was obvious he takes pride in a job well done. I have plans to have more work done and will definitely call Mark.

Not the low bid on my tree trim project, but should have taken them anyway. Low bidder failed to use the safety precautions they proposed.

After meeting Mark from Mow Nashville I had the confidence to remove liability for the inexpensive structure. His professionalism and willingness to discuss options gave me that confidence and saved me significant money. He took the time to remove impeding limbs on a neighboring tree. The then dropped the partially rotten tree exactly where he planned and caused no damage to property. I will use Mow Nashville in the future if tree work is ever needed again.

I called Mark in the morning and he was out to give a quote within an hour. An hour after I decided to use them they were at the house and worked extremely quickly. Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and explained issues with the trees and even took the time to give me some things to watch and tips for caring for my other trees. I had three large elm trees that needed trimming; two of which had branches hanging over roof. I contacted 5 tree service companies. Decided on 3 to come out and give me an estimate. Because he is busy, it took a little longer to get Mark here. I understood and was patient. He was always easy to catch by phone. I was pleased with the time Mark took to listen and then examine and measure the trees. The largest tree is actually two trees that grew together and is showing signs of stress at the bottom. Mark gave me several options from trimming, cabling to complete removal. When he realized how much I wanted to keep the tree (would really change the landscape and value of home) he worked with me on a compromise. He arrived on the scheduled day. He and his helpers worked carefully and efficiently. They removed all wood and limbs and raked the area clean. The trees look so great now. I'm not worried about dead or damaged limbs coming down in the unpredictable Tennessee weather.

I called Mow Nashville Tree Service for an estimate on the work I needed. Within a couple of days, I had a written estimate in my mailbox. I scheduled the work for a couple of days later. They arrived as scheduled that morning with three or four trucks of equipment in tow. Mark and his crew of 3 guys began work on the large tree first. In about 3 1/2 hours, they had the tree down to just the trunk. It was quite a production for them to get that trunk to fall into the yard. They had an elaborate system of rope, pulleys and a wench to ensure the tree fell away from the house. After that, they worked on clean up and removal of the trunk. The other work was completed very quickly. From start to finish, I believe it took them around 5 hours to complete the job. Mark and his crew were very courteous and efficient. All debris was hauled away. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

After the Mow Nashville truck left, I found my driveway culvert broken and fallen in. From tracks it appears a trailer was pulled across the concrete and down into ditch and out again. The Mow Nashville truck was pulling a heavily loaded trailer. I called Mow Nashville and emailed them. I have never received any response. They didn't even call to deny culpability. I would not consider using this company for any work.

Mark was awesome. My wife contacted Mark to get a quote on pulling up a large bush. Mark came out that same day and left a quote in the mailbox. When I got home from work I called Mark to set up a time to remove the bush. I mentioned to Mark that I had a couple trees that I would also like to get a quote on having removed and he came back to my house again within minutes to give me a quote which was a very reasonable price. Mark was very friendly and professional and I enjoyed talking to him. Mark and his crew cut down both trees, pulled up the bush and removed all debris and they were very fast. I also mentioned Mark to my neighbor. She called Mark for a quote on removing a large tree branch over the roof and Mark came to her house within 10 minutes and removed it the next day. For the price, quality of work, professionalism and friendliness you will not find anyone better than Mark Olson. I would recommend him to anyone that I know and I plan on calling him for future work.

They were tremendous. They did everything I asked and more. I could never have done it myself so neatly and professionally, and they hauled away all the debris. The yard looked so much better!

Mark and two other men arrived late morning and worked quickly and efficiently. They walked around the yard a few times to make sure everything was picked up and the yard was left clean. The entire job was finished in less than 4 hours. Very satisfied with the work. Would definitely use them again.

The one that we used through Angie's list was just fine! It was good. They did a fine job. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came out very quickly after we called them.

I saw Mark's ad on Angie's List, but we missed the end date on their deal. Nonetheless, I called to get them to come out and evaluate our trees and give us an estimate. Mark was out a few days later, and quickly identified where our problems were -- maples that were dying of a fungus, and a split oak that was rotting at the break. He gave us a very competitive price, and we scheduled the service. Mark brought two other fellows with him on the first day, and they quickly and efficiently took down the trees. They mulched all of the smaller parts, and were even willing to dump the mulch on a back area of our property so that we can use it in the future. They were very careful with the bucket truck, and any places where they had trouble getting around our hilly property they later fixed. The second day, it was just Mark and one other worker. They spent most of this day moving the trees that they had cut down. We had agreed that they could leave those, rather than haul them away, so that I could use them as firewood. After moving them off the grass, Mark then went ahead and cut all of the trees into fireplace length! When all was said and done, I ended up with no dangerous trees hanging over my bedroom, healthier trees in my yard, more sunlight getting to my grass, enough mulch to dress up my flower beds for the next two years, and over a full cord of cut hardwood for fires. Definitely a bargain!

Our experience with Mow Nashville Tree Service was good. It was a very nice young man. He did a good job for us. I would call him again if we need similar service. We called and we paid for it. He got so many people calling that it was a week to ten days before he could come out. He did a very good job and I told other people about him. He accepted the coupon. There were additional charges because we had him do more work other than what we planned on doing initially. We like his professionalism and he honored the coupon and did exactly what he said he would do. I think actually he carried off the debris without charging us for that. I can't be positive now, it's been a while. We liked the work that he did.
